Back to see Lewis and the team for a Maintenance wash and general check over my Xpel PPF Stealth pack on my BMW M3 Comp. Normally a day job however Lewis highlighted some things with the PPF that he wanted to put right, all very minor stuff but the attention to detail that you get with Diamond Cut Detailing not only during initial installation phase but also with the after sales is literally second to none. Nothing is to much trouble for the team.

Not sure how everyone else feels but for me the after sales from a company is just as important as the initial consultation, trust me, you won’t find better in this industry.

A real pleasure to see you all again, another outstanding job, see you all again very soon for my next maintenance wash.

From the moment I made my initial ceramic coating enquiry, the experience with Lewis and the team at Diamond Cut Detailing was superb.

The job they did on my vehicle is truly amazing, showing the beauty of the original paint job, and also giving the peace of mind that it’s a little harder wearing and certainly easier to maintain.

In addition, the facility is spotless, an important consideration when looking for a detailer, and it’s good to see that they’re expanding into an additional unit to allow them to grow further.

Finally, the aftercare - including the detailed information about how to care for the vehicle after the work has been done on it - is extremely good and professional.

It is rare that companies respond to enquiries via web site forms but Diamond detailing were exceptionally professional with rapid and highly interactive personal response that resulted in them recommending an appropriate vehicle treatment.
Lead times for the treatment and the return of the vehicle were entirely acceptable!

They made my R8 look like a new car I’m so happy with the work they have done on it I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

What a great experience, well done guys. Lewis and his team were faultless, from the first contact to picking up the car on completion they made it so easy and the standard of workmanship and care was outstanding. You can tell when those involved in a small business love what they do and with Diamond Cut Detailing it showed. I had a deadline to meet in getting the 488 Cannon run ready and despite being very busy they managed to fit me in. I am and will be back in the future. Spot on 👍

Excellent first experience - will be a regular

Discussed in detail the process, said it would take a few days, no problem , i had some areas that need touching up so got the colour from JLR. I was even picked up from my bus route in on a Saturday Top man Lewis. i would certainly recommend if you want a quality informed job done .

GREAT GUYS FANTASTIC WORK

A very professional service with updates including photos throughout the process. I was amazed at the outcome, being a 12 year old car I didn’t think it’d look like a new car out of a showroom upon pickup. A stage 1 polish and ceramic coating was applied, fantastic job Lewis 👍🏼

The PPF install is really neat and tidy, and my car looks great. Very hard to tell it has PPF without getting up really close to the car.
Lewis has really high standards and a great attention to detail which shows through in his work.
