My bathroom towel rail did not come with an instruction book. Called customer service and the instruction book was emailed to me in 5 minutes. Unbelievable service.
QRAD panel heater extremely noisy. Clicks non-stop for 2-4 minutes every cycle when warming up and then same time cooling down because of thermal expansion. It cycles on and off many times per hou... Ver mais

Dimplex oil-free heater - highly recommend
We are extremely happy with our Dimplex ECR20TiB 2kW Oil Free Radiator with Timer. It's quick to heat up and warms the room nicely. I usually just have it on the lowest setting and it gives off a good heat (but at a low cost). It also looks very smart in black. I bought it because of the Dimplex name and the fact that it is oil-free and energy efficient. Highly recommend.

Bad quality
I purchased a Danville Optimyst electric fire but had to return it because it had a dent and a blemish in the brass surround the replacement in the same condition the actual fire itself is very realistic but the quality is very bad.
I have purchased some brass cover strips to cover up the existing surround.
Dimplex you need to improve your quality control.

Hi NEIL SALTER, Thank you for your wonderful feedback. Kind regards, Molly
I had my old robust Dimplex XLN…
I had my old robust Dimplex XLN replaced with the new XLE Series. How unlucky am I. It gives out a kind of heat " essence" at the bottom when it feels like it. One heater I have has never ever come on at all.
Be prepared to sit next to your oven if you get one of these pieces of utter junk installed. They are also extremely ugly and bigger than the replacement. A huge waste of time for everyone. If you live in a block, and one of these are coming. Don't open the door. they should be made into scrap metal only

All the unnecessary hype
All the unnecessary hype, this stopped working within one year. Unfortunately we lurch from bnq and lost the receipts so we are helpless and at a loss.
Just unworthy product.
