Fault after 2 yrs but covered by 3yr warranty with easy replacement
fan heater went faulty after 2 years but had a 3 year guarantee. replaced without question and the person I talked with was polite and helpful.

Great heater and quick delivery…
Great heater and quick delivery considering I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived Monday morning. Nice feature to choose when you want the stored heat to warm your room . I choose the ‘ out all day ‘ option so lovely and warm morning and evening. The only downside was I didn’t realise you needed a daytime tariff to connect it too , so a bigger job for my electrian ( and more expensive for me ) but great now it’s up and running in my hallway and much better than my ancient one .

Dimplex Radiator is super efficient, and the Dimplex Support Staff are super helpful.
Dimplex Support were super helpful in explaining (to a non-technical 79-year-old), how to set up my heater.
I was actually surprised how easy it was. It is a perfect add-on to my normal heating as it uses so little power compared to the boiler. I will be adjusting my boiler time switch to be on a lot less.

Looks great,heat from fan not so great
Arrived on time, fire quite heavy and looks the part.have had a log burner in the past,but just wanted the look without the hassle and mess. This good for looks but heat not as good as was expecting.infact just thrown out a £50 stove heater that has after several years given up the ghost and have to say that heater put out same amount of heat.Considering this fire is £400+ that's a bit disappointing

Registered two Dimplex products
Registered two Dimplex products. Fairly straightforward. The form needs to be scrolled down which isn't very obvious (the form just looks truncated).
Was asked for a serial number/letter for one of the products, which was not given anywhere on the product or the packaging.

We have always used Dimplex heaters in our conservatory, having just had our third one fitted in the last 20 years. Always a nice cosy heat output on a cold frosty morning and chilly evenings, thanks to a pre-set thermostatically controlled timer.

The Help icon was not working and it…
The Help icon was not working and it took ages to upload a pdf file. The file appeared below the box on each occasion I tried to upload, and I must have spent 3 hours trying to do so. I don't know why it eventually did work; it seemed to be a fluke. On each attempt, the file appeared below the box and I kept being told to remove it. In your interest, you need to deal with this urgently.
