Thank you discount building supplies my order was delivered on time and the driver put the goods well up the driveway so less lifting for me

I placed a order and recived no infomation when my order will be delivered or dispatched no tracking info nothing, just a thanks for the order. Tryed to contact them to get a delivery date and had no reply via email and call. Finally it arrives and i have to say i am not happy. The concrete kickboared were not set still wet like they was just caat that day, still gray can when movong them could feel the rebar moving and tapping on the inside. Lost a couple of them due to not being dryed out long enough, rushing my order. I ordered on the 24th arrived on the 12th. After contacting them to find out were my order was.

I am very much disappointed by their service. Order placed on 10th April has not been delivered till today 25th April. After multiple contacts was given delivery date of 24th. No show until 1pm, called back, was told driver on his way. No one turned up until 4 called back now answer. Still waiting!!!

First time ordering from these guys & the delivery hadn't arrived by 2:00pm on the scheduled day.
Called down to the depot as I'm only a few miles away & it turned out due to a clerical error my delivery hadn't been despatched.
Paul, the MD came down to deal with the issue personally & within the hour my materials were on the next available vehicle & delivered.
It turns out several members of staff were on Annual Leave so there was only a skeleton crew operating, however the customer service was second to none.
I can strongly recommend DBS & they'll certainly be getting my business moving forwards.

I made a mistake ordering one of my fence panels. They rectified my problem straight away. Replaced my panel the very same day.
Also great quality and good value for money.

Great bought sand twice Great finished my garden stones grass sand. Also rang up to see when it would be delivered I made a mistake with post code and no mobile as I never give to anyone. So my fault . In the end sorted out . Would recommend over others . Big time
