Delivered on time as promised the menu was tasty and good value for money.

As always the food options were numerous - this time we plumped for a Michel Roux bouillabaisse which was absolutely delicious. The package arrived exactly when it was touted to and everything within was ideal. The instructions were simple, always a bonus. Great quality, great service and most of all a great eat without breaking the bank.

Delicious Persiana lamb chops menu from Sabrina Ghayour. Our 4th Dishpatch meal this year. All have been excellent - this was no exception. Great combination of flavours and textures, generous portions, clear instructions, beautifully packaged, delivered on time. What’s not to love!

Food was amazing.we had an great date night with the souvlakia meal. From making together which was so straightforward so no falling out 🤣 to enjoying the meal together.

I wanted something different and Celebration Of Kanishka did not disappoint. Easy to prepare with great flavours we had it as a platter for the two of us which was generous portion sizes. You could easily make it for four as a tapas style.

It was the best Dishpatch meal I had tasted but I was extremely disappointed by the size of the fish main course. We buy wither sea bream or bass from Waitrose every week and we eat one fillet each. We do not cut one fillet in half and share it. This is precisely what we were given through Dispatch. Each half represented approximately 50% of the fish we would expect to be given.

Overall i didn't think the meal was worth the cost.
Even though i was home waiting for the delivery it was dumped into my parcel box on a really hot day and was there for an hour before i saw the delivery confirmation which was worrying as the parcel contained fresh fish. The veg in the bouillabaisse was really hard and all went in the bin as was not pleasant to eat. The positives were that the fresh bread was yummy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was going to cancel the subscription but the annual payment had already been taken.

The food was superb, unfortunately the overall experience was marred by the delivery company who failed to find our address even though he was parked outside but chose to leave it with the neighbour without telling us.

The customer service team were great when my initial order was cancelled during the heatwave - they got a new order up and running quickly and were always helpful.

The meal was top quality, csme in plenty of time was well prepared and protected with full instructions.

We will use Despatch again happily

My first order from Dishpatch and was impressed by the communication, the delivery being on time in a well-sealed box with everything well labelled.
The ease of putting the meal together was easy with the clear instructions provided with this dish the Bastille Day Celebration by Michel Roux. The flavours were excellent across all the dishes. The portion sizes were perfect for us. I will try another dish in due course from Dishpatch.

I was kept updated regarding the delivery and luckily it was early in the day. The portion sizes were generous and all of the food was delicious.
