The Rick stein lobster pie meal was a taste sensation. Easy to prepare and very impressive. I would thoroughly recommend dispatch to anyone. It really is wonderful. Will be ordering again very soon.

Slightly disappointing meal for the price paid. We could have produced most of this ourselves.
The condition of the products recieved was not exemplary (broken crackers and pastry which was broken). Which again, for the price paid we would have expected a higher standard. Also, we were expecting much more flavour from the dishes.

My husband and I really enjoyed our last DishPatch the Mediterranean Seafood Feast by Rick Stein. We always have the starters and puddings for one meal and the main course for another meal which works out very well for us. This menu did not disappoint, in fact it was much more impressive than we expected. Everything arrived so fresh and generous, the cooking was very easy to follow. It is always the best way to have restaurant experience when you just want to relax at home and there’s no time limit to deal with. And it always worked out that the cost was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend it to everyone I know. Lena French

The ingredients were ordered online and delivered, when requested, by courier and perfectly packaged. I chose Rick Stein's sole dish which was really tasty and so easy to prepare.
I would definitely use this service again for a special occasion.

Excellent St John marinaded pork chop and sausages with lentil and good anchovy and roast tomatoe salad.

The belly pork was outstanding fell apart & was extremely tasty

I have had about 8 Dishpatch menus now and they are always brilliant. They arrive on time, they are packed beautifully, the food quality superb, generous portions and the cooking instructions are simple and clear. Their communication is spot on. I’ve emailed them once or twice, just with queries and they respond quickly and with a personal touch. I really like the variety they offer and the chance to try menus from chefs we admire. I highly recommend!

I've used Dishpatch for 2 years now and generally have loved the menus. They are also very good at customer service. This was second time I'd ordered the FUSAO box - on this occasion although everything else was as it should be (and the tomato salad is outstanding) the steak was very tough. Not something the staff at Dishpatch could have identified or dealt with. As soon as I raised a complaint they dealt with it swiftly, courteously and satisfactorily within hours. Five stars for the customer service.

Presentation lovely easy to follow instructions

Food and menus were very good on the 3 occasions I’ve ordered
Delivery was appalling on the last 2 - not until 5pm on the Saturday and then only just about cool to the touch. So the weekend hamper planned for lunch couldn’t be on the Saturday.
Their excuse on the delivery was that it’s clear in their terms it can be up to 10pm - but I had an option to pay more for a before 2pm option, also clear. I don’t agree with clarity on either and am not impressed with their lack of mention of the courier to be used. Others give you the option to choose a d I will always go for APC as their cold deliveries actually are.
Coolness was more worrying and just on the edge of not risking it. I did and it was very nice - would probably have been excellent if fresher and colder.
So that experience and their floppy response - however detailed - has been a really poor experience and I’ll close my account.

Scallops and Lobster from Rick Stein, both my husband and I were unwell after eating these dishes, spoiling a special occasion and 2 days after. Not certain I will order again. Extremely disappointed

Not the best we have had from Dishptach. Portion size small and disappointing. Desserts really tiny.

The food was nice when we finally got it but the whole experience was marred by the woefully poor service from DPD. After being told by them that there was a problem with our order it was subsequently cancelled. A call to Dishpatch customer service (who where very good) informed us that it would arrive which it finally did, dumped on the doorstep!! Unfortunately the service is only as good as it's weakest link. Sadly this was our second poor experience and we will not be using Dishpatch again.

Great pork belly meal. Large joint of pork belly and delicious taste.
