Divan Bed Warehouse 

I ordered a bed 28/11/25 as I had family coming for Christmas, I was given a date that I accepted and took the day off work for and then the company cancelled saying I refused the date. This has been going on for weeks my family could not stay as I had no bed, I have since received another email after I contacted them saying they have cancelled my order and today they are saying my money won’t be returned for around 30 days, if I was to be honest I would avoid using this company as the customer service is horrific and I have had no real explanation or apologies for my loss of earnings and the fact they ruined my Christmas.

Didn’t deliver on time a week and a half late
4 feet missing from the bed base ?
A month later still no feet for the bed ?
Won’t be using again

Not even worth 1 star, 5 weeks still no bed still no refund, racist abuse directed at myself sexual comments to wife, both has been reported to the police with emails of proof of abuse handed to the police and I’ve just had to make a claim in the small claims court, never dealt with a company like it, 💯 scammers *AVOID AVOID AVOID* at all costs

Impossible to get hold of , same generic excuse regarding refund

Basically just stolen my money and I’m not the first by the looks, wish I checked reviews first

Ordered Mid November with an estimated delivery of 16th Dec. They called me 9th Dec to advise this would be delayed due to an issue with their delivery partner but I'd be ok in time for Christmas. Regular chasers for updates, nothing, just generic replies. Now they've withdrawn my order and are sending a refund as they can't fulfill it.

Would not recommend trying them, they seem to be at odds with their manufacturer and delivery partner.

DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THESE!!! I PAID ON 1ST DECEMBER 2025 AND THEY HAVENT DELIVERED THE BED OR REPLIED TO ANY EMAILS TO REFUND MY MONEY !!!!!

DO NOT order from this scam company. Fail to deliver in the time frame stated and actually don’t deliver at all! After numerous emails asking where my refund is and them promising I will get it within 30 days I have not received it and will be having to report it as fraud. Absolute shambles of a company. All reviews say the same, just wish I had checked them before I ordered!

What can I say about this company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they dont fulfill their orders, keep you waiting months for your bed and after chasing numerous times they advised the order has been cancelled, still waiting for a refund

Email confirmation, then next email asking what you think about the service or product
No delivery received, contacted them and advise due to the Christmas orders and backlog the delivery was unable to take place.
Next email advising they would keep us updated with a delivery date.

To ask for update, email received advised order has been cancelled and refund will take up to 30 days.
(As per their policy)
No reason why it has been cancelled 😡
So fingers crossed I get the refund, cause yeah I have £350 quid to throw away.

Received another email to say delivery was cancelled because they couldn’t find our address.

Oh yeah, still advising refund could take up to 30 days, don’t know what sort of con they are running, but whatever you do, do not spend yours with them.

I ordered in the start of December they haven’t delivered up until now, I asked for either a delivery estimate or a cancellation and refund and they keep sending me the same email and asking me to be patient. Basically they don’t want to cancel nor deliver my bed!! I am so gutted and don’t know how to get my money back.

I purchased a bed on 4th December 2025. I then had to cancel because my son could not take the order until after Christmas so I cancelled on the same day, 4th December. Still awaiting my refund. My refund did not fall into the same category as their policy on refunds and returns. They just keep fobbing me off. They are scammers so stay well clear. Buy your bed from reputable stores like Argos.

Do not use this company. I ordered a double bed in November 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. They scheduled a delivery but didn’t turn up.
Numerous calls to Divan Bed Warehouse customer service and no answers after waiting on the phone for over an hour each time
No response to my emails.
My credit card company is now investigating.
Bunch of scammers I think. Do not use.

Only gave one star because zero wasn’t available. Currently taking them to small claims court for failing to refund when faulty and inadequate goods were supplied. Avoid like the plague.

They get the one star because I can’t give less. Refused to confirm a delivery date, cancelled my order without asking, and I’m still waiting on the refund.

I ordered from this company about five years ago and the experience was smooth. After moving to a new property, I placed another order for a bed at the end of November with delivery scheduled for 17 Dec 2025. Unfortunately, no one turned up and there was no communication from the company. I sent several emails and was repeatedly told to wait for an update from the delivery company, only to later discover that my order had been cancelled. Again, there was no communication from the company until I contacted them myself, at which point I’ve been told to wait up to 30 days for a refund but luckily I paid with a credit card so will be raising a dispute to get funds back quicker.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
If I could give Zero stars, I would.
Customer service is appalling.
They don't answer the phone.
Emails are a waste of time, they just apologise for the inconvenience but provide no resolution.
Failed to deliver on time, failed to provide the premium service paid for and I am still trying to get a refund after nearly 4 weeks.
Their delivery partners are even more difficult to get hold of.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a bed and the order was accepted with a delivery to be advised. Next I have an email asking me to rate the delivery!! It had not been delivered and when I chased it up they promptly 'cancelled the order due to unforseen circumstances'. They wrote: 'please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be fully reflected in your account. At this moment, we are unable to expedite the process.'

Totally unacceptable. I do not understand why they cannot process the refund quickly as decent firms have no problem with this.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company are a complete joke !!! They are nothing but thieves !!! They are quick to take your money but fail to deliver the bed . I’m now taking legal action , they won’t be getting away with keeping my money. Disgusting company . DO NOT BUY FROM THESE !!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! . They take your money after you’ve ordered from their flashy website. It’s fake! After you’ve ordered they email to say they will be in touch after they’ve made up the goods (selling goods that don’t exist) . The goods are not delivered, fake delivery slots. I never received my goods. Cxl’d the order. They then say how sorry they are that you’ve cxl’d however you’ll have to wait up to 30 days for money back for goods that were never received. After the 30 days are up & you threaten with legal action another email comes full of apologies but no refund given. You realise you are talking to a BOT !! I cannot express enough do not order from this company. They must be reported to trading standards. I am still waiting for a refund from Nov 2025

****0 STAR AVOID AVOID AVOID**** a 1 star review is quite frankly far too high. Make no mistake this is a fraudulent company and please don’t waste your time or money buying from them. Ordered a bed months ago, they give us a delivery time which they then just didn’t turn up, done so once again then eventually they delivered our bed, of course not all the parts were there so raised my issue with them and was informed they will send it back out for delivery. Gave me a date and of course never turned up. I have now been informed I am receiving a refund and my order cancelled, so I am now stuck with a bed that I can’t assemble and now I am being refunded? Don’t believe for a second that this refund has even been processed. Allegedly 5 star reviews but every review I have read is a 1 star so no idea where that comes from, just wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.
