The company is still doing strong promotion, is it trying to cheat customers, earn as mush as they can, then run away..? Waiting more then 5 weeks, no goods, no refund, no delivery date.

Absolutely do not use!
They give you a delivery date within a couple weeks of order, then just dont turn up, dont email you, dont phone you, so when you phone them, they leave you on hold for an hour, then cut you off (more then once)!

If you email you get a script response that the van broke down, ok so I'll get it tomorrow instead? No, we dont think you will get delivery for at least an additional couple of weeks.
Either this company only has one delivery van and it breaks down every single day (read previous trustpilot reviews from other customers)
No compensation for having to take another day off for delivery they might not turn up for, though they wont tell you they aren't coming.
Total scam!

If you take the high risk with this shady online company make sure you use your credit card and know how to flag as fraud when your item isnt delivered and you recieve zero communication

Got sucked into buying a cheap bed from this place on the super extra black Friday discount price type deal. I keep getting emails to feedback on the delivery service but haven’t got the bed delivered yet. Emailed twice to ask where it is and no reply…. Currently on hold for over 35mins to customer services and starting to think there isn’t anyone there to pick up and I’ve been scammed

Stay clear of this company. We ordered a Divan bed and mattress. Ordered at the end of November and had a delivery booked for 13th Dec, this was cancelled by them the day before. Despite them telling me on the telephone that it would be redelivered before Christmas, I have been trying to make contact with them since, no answer when you call, emails just say the same thing. I have now asked for a full refund and we needed the bed in time for Christmas now leaving us in a muddle.
Absolutely shocking customer service!

This company had me begging for a refund. Shocking post-sales service. We had four failed deliveries, all with dubious excuses. Communications around each of the failed deliveries were dire. I had to chase the company each time. Getting through by telephone is difficult. Often you are on hold for an hour and then get cut off without answer. If you do get through - staff are incredibly difficult to understand.
Beware!

I needed more storage so I wanted a side-opening ottoman double bed, to fit against a wall. The website suggested ‘Luxury, GB hand-crafted, from the best timber, etc & was offering Black Friday discounts, & delivery in 3-10 working days. I was taken in & placed the order. Big mistake. Communications about delivery were fraught. Unfortunately I was away on long holiday when it was finally delivered, but my son agreed to take it in. He valiantly tried to assemble it, although no instructions were received or available. On return I could see the quality of materials, workmanship and design were APPALLING. It looked like a child had thrown it together with any old soft wood, and there were staples everywhere & it was very rickety. It was so poorly-made, it was not going to last long and just not fit for purpose. So we carefully dissembled, re-packaged and complained. This was 16/12. The sales team responded the same day, saying they’d pass the issues to the manufacturing team. But no other response so far. The company is not part of the Furniture Ombudsman Scheme.

Avoid like the plague. That’s is all! The only positive is they have agreed a refund, so within 30 days I will know if they were telling the truth or not!

Cancelled our order after two delivery fails. Confirmed refund on 30th November - still waiting. Chasing constantly - have now involved The Office of Fair Trading.

Falcon2man team failed to deliver my bed on Wednesday 17th December. There was no communication from the delivery team or Divan warehouse. I chased them via email and was told someone would get back to me shortly. I’m still waiting. Very poor service.

Do not use this company they used to be brilliant not anymore failed to deliver a mattress but only the divan bed itself not fit for purpose, have been waiting over two months for a refund, even after threatening legal action still no response

Avoid this company at all cost. No customer service, called 5 times everytime on hold for 55 mins plus and phone goes dead when you get connected. Spent nearly 5 hours trying to contact them on phone. Dont reply to emails . No delivery date after 3 weeks still waiting on a despatch notice. Delivery was meant to be 3 to 10 days . Cant get hold of anyone !! Going to claim money back though my credit card

Never received the bed. Very hard to get in touch. Nobody ever answered the phone nor emailed. Called the bank to report it as fraud.

Company kept lying about delivery times and never delivered the divan bed. When I purchased, delivery timeframe was within 3-10 days which was great. However, 10 days passed and the excuses started, then they just ended up ignoring me completely. I had to contact my bank, Barclays, and thankfully THEY gave me my money back - not the company, my own bank. Still no more contact from this "company", just left ignored. Save your money - buy from a reputable company, not this one.

The worst company to ever purchase beds from. Delivery was delayed by a month! Please do not buy from this store

Dreadful experience! The bed didn’t arrive at the agreed slot and despite hours trying to call, multiple texts and emails, I never got a response to explain why they didn’t turn up and when the bed would be redelivered. Had to get my bank to do a chargeback in the end.

Still waiting for my refund supposedly processed on the 9/11 because they suddenly could not deliver to my area after happily taking my money. Well past their 30 day refund policy. Raised a dispute with my bank who is still waiting for them to reply to their enquiries. A scam company in my opinion. You must not be allowed to run a business as you lack a sense of decency and morals.

I have been trying to get a deliverdate for 10 days. I have had one email saying they are trying to get a date no response on whattsapp, they do not answer the phone and not now responding on email. My next stage is to report as a scam on my bank account as this is ridiculous. Worst company I have dealt with.

Shocking service, cancelled on the day, never contacted me, unable to make contact no one answers the phone. Do not use this company I still do not know when the product will arrive

Horric customer service. I am still waiting for my refund 2 months after being assured it is on its way. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!
