Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques clarifications importantes :
Vous avez bien réglé un acompte de 4 000 € sur le montant total de la facture, comme cela vous a été rappelé à plusieurs reprises — par facture, email, téléphone et WhatsApp. Cet acompte avait pour objectif de vous accompagner dans le lancement de votre nouveau projet, dans la continuité de votre précédente importation de fin 2023, qui s’était déroulée dans de très bonnes conditions.
À l’arrivée du container au port, vous nous avez indiqué ne pas être disponible. Afin d’éviter tout blocage, nous avons avancé les droits de douane en attendant le règlement du solde. Or, malgré nos nombreuses relances — qui se comptent en dizaines — ce règlement n’a toujours pas été effectué à ce jour. Cela a entraîné l’accumulation de frais de stationnement portuaire, totalement indépendants de notre volonté. Nous avons fait tout le nécessaire pour limiter ces coûts, mais en l’absence de réponse de votre part, que ce soit par email ou par téléphone pendant plusieurs semaines, la situation s’est aggravée.
Concernant notre réactivité, il est exact que votre gestionnaire de compte a été en arrêt maladie durant deux jours. Toutefois, durant cette période, notre service client ainsi que son manager ont assuré le suivi et ont continué à répondre à vos messages. À plusieurs reprises, vous nous avez signalé des délais liés à votre établissement bancaire, puis à des changements d’équipe, que nous avons parfaitement compris et pour lesquels nous avons fait preuve de patience. S’est ajouté par la suite un nouvel arrêt maladie de votre conseillère bancaire dont nous fûmes tributaires.
Nous restons pleinement disponibles pour échanger sereinement et trouver ensemble une solution constructive. Notre volonté demeure d’accompagner nos clients, y compris dans des situations complexes, tout en maintenant un cadre professionnel et équilibré.

Excellent problem solver and ex-works handler for purchases from China
My company in Norway were in a difficult situation with a large welded steel part of about 1.3 tonnes purchased from a chinese supplier ex-works in Tianjin. The supplier turned out to not have the proper export license, and no other freight forwarder or courier company would even respond to our queries.
Docshipper solved everything for us. They helped us transfer the purchase through a suitable trading company with the correct export license, and followed the transport closely and with care all along the way until the truck was outside our door.
Docshipper demonstrated a true pride in their workmanship by how they were direct and clear in their explanations, both when selling their service and when handling problems that came up along the transport. They also had competent people fluent in chinese languages and communication that could manage our suppliers directly during the troubleshooting.
Truly worth every dollar, and more. I would recommend them to everyone handling their ex-works door-to-door projects from China.

Nous regrettons votre ressenti et souhaitons apporter quelques précisions.
La première adresse de livraison communiquée se situait dans un quartier résidentiel, inaccessible aux poids lourds, sans quai ni moyens de levage. L’accès était par ailleurs restreint par des travaux faisant l’objet d’un arrêté municipal interdisant la circulation des camions. Dans ces conditions, la livraison n’était pas réalisable comme prévu.
Afin de garantir l’intégrité de vos marchandises et assurer une livraison en toute sécurité, nous avons dû procéder à un dépotage au port et à un rechargement sur camion porteur adapté. Cette réorganisation logistique de dernière minute a entraîné un surcoût, indépendant de notre volonté, mais nécessaire pour que la marchandise arrive en bon état.
Nous rappelons que ces contraintes d’accessibilité ne nous avaient pas été communiquées en amont lors de la mise en place du transport. De même, concernant l’autoliquidation de la TVA, le problème provenait de l’absence d’activation de votre numéro EORI dans les délais impartis, ce qui relève de la responsabilité de l’importateur.
En tant que transitaire, notre priorité reste que le transport et la livraison se déroulent dans les meilleures conditions, avec le souci constant de préserver la sécurité et l’intégrité de la marchandise.

I’m a, “Happy Camper”, with my freight moving experience, to, “The Land of Smiles”.

We tried to find and import goods for the members of our sport association (we are around 100 so it was a big order).

I wanted a quote from the USA to another country. I spoke with Sarah RABAA and from her she said, please respond as quickly as possible and I did at Jun 12, 2025, 11:35 AM and Sarah RABAA message me at Jun 12, 2025, 11:22 AM, after five long days. I receive a quote, but not from Sarah RABAA, from someone name: Constance Dittrich. Stating:
USD 1312 FOR THE AIR FREIGHT
OR
USD 6217 FOR THE SEA FREIGHT
This quotation includes:
Pick up, Loading onto the truck
Ocean Freight up to the port of arrival
Import Charges (Handling fee / ISPS / Registration / DTHC / Port charges)
Import Customs clearance, making sure that everything is okay with the customs office Pick up at port of arrival, Delivery at residence.
This quotation excludes:
Potential:
Storage (upon request) - demurrage (force majeure)
Customs inspection (if subjected to - random operation)
Import taxes & VAT (can apply for an exemption)
Optional Insurance (3,5% of the value you will declare)
GRI/VATOS (General rate increase / Validity at time of shipment), additional volume.
We will need you to send us following documents:
- Inventory, copy of the passport, last visa or entry stamp.
Asking for a copy of my passport, last visa or entry stamp is why I did not respond to Constance Dittrich. I don't know her and I didn't make contact with her, my first message was not even attached. My first contact was with Sarah RABAA.
A shipping company asking for a copy of your passport is unusual and potentially a scam.
Do not let this company ship your items. I know a con when I see one.

This is a normal part of our internal process to ensure you get the most accurate offer.
Secondly, regarding the mention of a passport or visa — these are not requested at this stage. They’re only listed in our quote template as documents that might be required later, but only if you proceed with a shipment involving personal effects. It’s standard practice in international logistics and required by customs in many countries (for example, U.S. Customs & Border Protection : https://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/know-before-you-visit/customs-duty-information).

Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. I have been jerked around for 2 weeks, by "Constance", asking me ONE question a day instead of doing the paperwork right away. Then when I asked to seal the deal and get it done asap, she just took vacation for 5 days and didn't have anyone to continue with me. Then she came back and asked "Do you still need me?"
