Haven’t even been in my holiday yet
Haven’t even been in my holiday yet . I’ve paid and got a ref no but no e mail or anything to confirm or info . Spent 40 mins on hold trying to ring someone - no answer . Have e mailed and still no answer . Very poor customer service .

I’ve looked into this for you and can see that your first contact with us was yesterday, when my colleague advised you to reach out to the Property Manager regarding your booking confirmation. As a third-party listing agent, we’re unfortunately unable to provide booking confirmations directly, as these are issued by the Property Manager who handles the booking and payment.
We’ve also checked our records and haven’t received any previous emails or previous missed calls from you.

Everything in the bungalow was perfect…
Everything in the bungalow was perfect although personally I would have preferred to eat in the living room rather than the kitchen. But I still give it an emphatic 5 stars. Loved it.
