Don’t waste your money here , find somewhere else
We stayed at this caravan in March 2026, and it was one of the worst accommodation experiences we've had.
The caravan was extremely dirty when we arrived. There was dog hair everywhere, the bedding was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
The biggest safety concern was the gas boiler. It did not appear to be safe, and you could actually see the flame through the boiler. To make matters worse, the gas ran out very early in the morning, leaving us without heating.
The biggest issue, however, was the £100 deposit. The owner would only accept it by bank transfer rather than through a secure payment method. After our stay, she refused to return the deposit, claiming we had left the caravan messy and had left some bin bags outside. These accusations were exaggerated and appeared to be used as an excuse to keep the money.
I have been trying to resolve this since March 2026. The owner has been very difficult to contact and has largely ignored my messages. I also contacted Booking.com several times. They attempted to help by contacting the owner, but she failed to respond to their emails or cooperate with them.
The owner claimed she had to use our deposit to pay her cleaners for extra cleaning. Based on the condition of the caravan when we arrived, I find that very hard to believe. It certainly did not look like it had been professionally cleaned before our stay.
My advice to anyone considering staying here is simple: don't. It may appear cheaper than other caravans in Wales , but there's a reason for that. What looks like a saving could end up costing you much more in the long run, both financially and in terms of the stress and disappointment it causes.

Having dog friendly locations in one…
Having dog friendly locations in one place is a great idea and I did find somewhere suitable via the site. It lost a star though as the first three locations I clicked on turned out not to allow dogs. To be fair, one location even had 'Dogs welcome' on their website but then told me they didn't allow dogs when I rang them to book.

According to dog friendly cottages and my bank I've paid the full balance for this booking. However, cottages.com are saying I still need to pay half the balance. This is really annoying

Looks a good place for a short break
I already live in Wales and just fancied going to somewhere in this country that I hadn't visited before with my sister, who can't resist a hot tub invitation, and my faithful dog. Need a break after 10 months of house renovation and The White House looks a good venue. Have checked the reviews and many niggling comments but I hope these might be remedied by the time of my visit. Looking forward to exploring LLandbedrog and the area and spending time walking the beaches.

Post payment terms and no ability to cancel without losing ALL your money
Just booked a cottage for 2 days for hundreds of pounds to find that dogs cant even be left alone in the property and cant get into the cottage day 1 until 3pm? - Both terms were not made clear at any time during the booking process. Tried to cancel immediately - there is no way of cancelling it seems without losing ALL your money. Sadly - I think I may have been scammed.
