Just bought my second double set of shoes.
They also offer to re-sole the old pair.. which is awesome as the shoes are fine to to be used into the future..
They fit on the correct size and are nice to wear right out of the box.. build quality is premium.. but they also look nice and every day wearable (IMHO) which I do..
Tried other known brands but with a broad and high forefoot it gives me challenges…. Not with Dolomite

great boots for reasonable money, keep my feet safe and dry. after some time walking in them i can defenitely state that they hold ankle steady very well, and the vibram sole offers good cushioning and ground grip. I had CMPs, Chirucas and Dachsteins but these are level higher.

I have two pairs of Dolomite shoes, both purchased in Austria when I was on holiday.... both expensive. They allegedly come with replacement laces. First pair came with said laces, 40cms shorter than required, second pair none at all. Contacted Dolomite in Italy, wanted receipts to prove I'd purchased the shoes.... for two pairs of laces, when I'd invested over €300 in their shoes. Shocking.

Negli ultimi anni ho acquistato due paia di scarponi da trekking: Zernez Gtx e Zermatt Gtx. Entrambi i modelli presentavano un problema di suola assolutamente non aderente su superfici umide o bagnate, rendendone l'utilizzo pericoloso e di fatto costringendomi a non indossarle nelle stagioni più umide e piovose.
Le Zermatt le ho inviate per un intervento in garanzia, confidando in una riparazione o in un cambio, garanzia che mi è stata negata in quanto a detta loro le scarpe non hanno problemi.
Mi spiace perché le scarpe sono comode ma non acquisterò più nulla di questo marchio.

I bought a pair of Dolomite 54 Low EVO shoes that were defective. The shoes weren't symmetrical: on one shoe, several centimeters of leather were missing on one side, making it impossible to wear without pain.

The seller returned the shoes to Dolomite, and here is the response of Dolomite :

"We haven't found any particular defect in this pair. The stitching mentioned by the customer is to hold the inner lining in place. It doesn't affect the fit. The pieces of leather used are all the same size, and no particular problems were reported by the various people who tested these shoes. The shoes are new, so we will proceed with an exchange anyway."

I took all the measurements very precisely, and I still have the photos with the markings. This response is unacceptable; they are openly mocking the customer. I had to pay extra for shipping and customs fees twice.

Save your money; this brand doesn't deserve it. The build quality is poor, and the customer service is terrible.

Ho acquistato degli scarponi DOLOMITE in GORETEX, spendendo quasi €200, convinta che fossero un prodotto di qualità. Tuttavia, dopo averli utilizzati in escursioni, mi sono accorta che non sono affatto GORETEX, visto che entra l'acqua senza problemi. È evidente che il prodotto è difettato e non rispetta le caratteristiche promesse.

Ho contattato l'azienda per chiedere di poterli inviare per un controllo e chiedere un cambio, considerando che il difetto è palese e facilmente verificabile. Purtroppo, la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata scortese e superficiale, senza alcun interesse verso il cliente. Inoltre, nonostante i miei tentativi, non sono riuscita a contattarli telefonicamente.

Mi sono anche confrontata con altre persone che hanno acquistato scarponi DOLOMITE GORETEX e hanno riscontrato lo stesso identico problema: entrata di acqua. Questo dimostra che si tratta di un difetto comune e non isolato.

In conclusione, sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare scarponi DOLOMITE. È una vera e propria fregatura. Non solo il prodotto non è come descritto, ma anche il servizio clienti è pessimo e non rispetta i diritti del consumatore. Evitate questa marca se non volete incorrere nei miei stessi problemi!

Pessima esperienza. Tempi abnormi per la consegna. Dolomite italianissime, vengono recapitate dalla Germania, la commercializzazione è in mano alla Scott. Resi non ne parliamo: sono più di venti giorni che attendo il rimborso. Idiozia: se vuoi cambiare devi restituire il paio di scarpe (devono tornare in Germania), attendere il rimborso e poi riacquistare. Servizio clienti al telefono irraggiungibile (sempre occupato) e alla mail rispondono dopo una settimana se va bene. Decisamente pessima esperienza.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe il 23/12/2024. Ad oggi il pacco non mi è ancora stato recapito (06/01/2025). Al momento non posso che sconsigliare gli acquisti tramite questo sito.

attenzione quando si acquista dallo store ufficiale.
1) il reso non consente il cambio del numero, quindi si dovrà restiture le calzature e aspettare il rimborso per poi procedere a nuovo acquisto
2) i tempi di reso sono abnormi. Il prodotto ha impiegato una settimana dall'Italia per tornare in Germania. Da qui dovrà essere trasferito in Belgio al centro resi per le verifiche del caso. I soldi si riavranno dopo un mese se si è fortunati

Substandard Product - not waterproof. Returned product to shop which I purchased it.

3 weeks later - no update, no communication. I am £100 down and dont have any waterproof shoes for my walking trips whilst I await their 'analysis'

Had an issue with new pair of Dolomite trainers I bought. Sent details of the issue including photos and proof of purchase to Dolomite customer services. The issue could have been fixed very quickly and easily without having to return to the shop, which I highlighted I wanted to avoid since it would be weeks before I was next back in town, but Dolomite insisted I go back to the shop and open a warranty claim. Gave up, useless, will not buy from this company again, have had far superior support resolving issues from other companies.
