pile of ****

you are a pile of ( i cant put what i want)..my mother came out of hospital on thursday. and she used her stair lift. she managed to get up stairs but it would not go back down. so i had to knock it off buy the switch for around half hour. and got it working again. so when the engineer. came and went up and down it was fine. but that is not the fault. if it stays at the bottom of the stairs it will go up and down. but when she goes to bed in the morning it wont work. so since thursday i have had to keep knocking it on and off so it would work. but by this morning sunday 30th august 2020.i had enough and rang again.and i got this arrogant and ignorant. scottish person on the phone *the engineer) and the way he was speaking to me i started to speak to him like that then he tried to turn it around on me. but this is what he said

since i managed to get the stair lift working again and got her down the stairs. that it is classed as working and he cannot come till tuesday. so i said to him when it happens tomorrow. what do i do just knock it on and off again.so i can get her down stairs. he said yes.then i said no one would be coming out again. because i have managed to get it working . he went yes. so that means what? i don't understand. i should not have to keep knocking it on and off for it to work. it should be fixed and that should of been done on thursday. so if no one comes out today it will be 6days with a faulty staor lift that should be working.

but the thing that got me was that it was sent to an engineer that was on his way to hull and had two stair lifts to fix there she would of been stuck up the stairs for bout 8hrs or probably longer. it would be like i would say rough guess 8-9pm. before they would be here. why was it sent to an engineer that was going to have to do a 400 mile round trip. and the best thing is you are only in sedbergh.

Dolphin Lifts ( A complete waste of time)

Don't deal with this company if you want any sort of customer service. They have let me down completely and just couldn't care less about my predicament. I have been in hospital for the last six weeks or so, and because we were having new stair carpet fitted they were called out to move the track and we were charged £300. However in the process of moving the track they dropped one of the legs and damaged the new floor, and then blew up the power pack that runs the system. I am being released from hospital tomorrow and they are saying the part that they require to put the stair lift back into working order has to be put on order and could be weeks in coming. So basically they have dropped me right in it! I cant get upstairs to my bed and toilet and they just don't give a damn. Well they may think they have got rid of me but I shall be making a claim through the courts to recover all my costs and expenses lost through their negligence..
