Intan Ayu was super helpful in updating my DNS records so that I could receive my emails. The communication about what was being done was clear so that I could understand what was happening. I wouldn't hesitate to use the domainz portal for client assistance again and can't praise Intan's help enough. I am so relieved that the issue is being sorted and that the stress is alot less because of the help I received.
