Support are great and help all they can. However, the product appears to be not fit for purpose.
Updating DNS settings has taken over a week and still not resolved.

Excellent support team, very prompt and helpful.

Tech support answered within one minute. My issue was understood and accepted and actioned straight away ( email declined from gmail contacts). I was given clear expectations on when the fix would active.

I had issues getting into our Domainz account, so I called the customer support number. Ahnaf was polite and helpful, and sorted the issue in no time at all.

Jack was a clear communicator, understood the problem and came up with a quick solution that worked. Give the man a raise, or a vacation, or both... As for the website, couldn't locate the area to change my email account passwords. Disappointing. I see you changed the web page as well, old one was better.

I’m not a technical customer and the team surely assist me in setting up my new email addresses and also guiding me through the c-panel portal to update my website DNS. Don't deal with these people unless you have a high threshold to stupidity, or you want to fill in a few hours of your day.
An upgrade has been taking place for more than a week, preventing customers (me) from accessing/managing their sites.
Is more than a week of transistion acceptable?
One star is two stars too many.
