have been with Domainz for over 10 years and my domain expired by 2 days - so set up a new account to renew cost came up - $32
wouldnt accept payment - then i contacted customer services by email - they said load your credit card on portal and said they would set up invoice in portal - i checked half an hour later and they had already taken money out $141 for 2 years.
not only did i not authorise it - ( only wanted one year $49 ) they ripped me off for 2 years ... when everyone else is only charging $35 per year .
In 2 hours i tried to cancel ( as i transferred my domain to another co )
now they saying they will not refund .
Do not go with this company it is Australian owned by Webcentral in Melbourne.
They dont care about kiwis its only about the $$$

Domainz suddenly discontinued our koruultrasound domain without reason or warning. Our many discussions with support provided no explanation and they do not seem to have a complaints system

Domainz automatically changed a domain of mine to auto renew, with no authority to do so or notification of the change, when I set it not to. When presented with evidence, they denied I had made the setting and refused a refund. They also took payment 20 days prior to issuing the invoice so its outside of the CGA. I'm pulling all other domains from them and will defintiely never use this company again

Blagovest was exceptional. I have asked several times via tickets and chat over the last week for help to resolve the issues with my emails not working. To date no success! They have not been working for several days now. Today Blagovest took the time to review things very thoroughly and found some anomalies that I believe will fix the problem. Even if they don't resolve everything he has taken us many steps in the right direction. Thank you.

if you try to cancel your subscription a minute after you missed the automatic renewal during holidays, they won't give you a refund. They care about the money but not their relationships.

Very helpful, and when couldn't help would ring me back so I didn't have ti be on hold.

I needed to change my password and for some reason it didnt recognise my logon credentials so I contact their support Chat. Got a bot immediately (and was concerned I'd sink into Bot Hell) but within a minute I was in contact with a human who sorted things out within 5 minutes.
They are expensive for domain names in my opinion but at least the support seems to work well
