Sito Truffa ma me ne sono accorto troppo tardi. Non acquistate nulla. Tanto non vi arriverà nulla. Ho pagato senza ricevere nulla. Il supporto è inesistente perché non ha risolto un bel nulla. Con una mail ho chiesto il rimborso e nulla di fatto. Confermo che sono dei truffatori. E che meritano di essere denunciati alle autorità di polizia. E cosa importante non dare retta alle risposte date alla mia recensione. Il customer service non esiste, neanche la società esiste, anche il telefono per il supporto clienti è finto. Sono dei criminali.

Pessimo servizio di consegna

Pessimo servizio di consegna, ordinato da due settimane non è arrivato nulla. Difficoltà a contattarli, non esiste nessuna mail a cui scrivere, ad oggi mi hanno mandato un codice di tracciamento della spedizione che non ha nessun aggiornamento da giorni. In compenso gli accessori del frigo, comprati con il medesimo ordine, sono arrivati dopo cinque giorni con un altra spedizione. Dopo diciotto giorni dal pagamento non essendo arrivato nulla ho esercitato il recesso. Ora attendo il rimborso.

Veranda Pole

After seeing the Dometic Awning veranda pole advertised l decided to buy one ,before doing so l thought l would contact Dometic customer service to make sure it would fit my Dometic kamper rally pro ,after emailing with the details of my awning l was assured by an Advisor would be suitable for my Awning. £40 Pounds later and first trip away, no Joy with fitting the Pole ! . I phoned Dometic customer service, and spoke to a advisor who told me it fits on the air legs of the Awning, l informed him that l had mentioned that this was a poled awning, and his reply was that it would fit ,so I'm now left with a shiny new veranda pole that does not fit my Awning !

No technical support

I had a Dometic Penguin II AC unit installed on my RV last week at a local dealer at a cost of $2,200. I ordered a Dometic Smart Start unit specifically for the Penguin II ($365), but it did not arrive until after the new AC unit was installed so I am installing the Smart Start myself. the wiring instructions for the Penguin II Smart Start do not match my new Penguin II AC unit. I called Dometic and they said that they do not offer any technical support to consumers and gave me contact info for 2 in my area. Have you ever had good result from calling and RV dealer that you have not purchased the produce from? 30 years of RVing have taught me that typical service levels in the RV industry are very low.

THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD TO DEAL WITH. The Service Manger SAM in New Zealand is very very Rude. Phone was put down in my ear.
3x NOW the BOARD has been Faulty.
We've not been able to use our FRIDGE from day one when purchased.
I've ONLY NOW insisted that we are REFUNDED IN FULL together with ALL COSTS for Works, time spent on this DAMB FRIDGE from DOMETIC. I don't even want a replacement from DOMETIC. I NOW WANT A FULL REFUND PLUS COSTS

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

BE WARNED WORLD WIDE

We do not recommend Domettc IBis4 air…

We do not recommend Domettc IBis4 air conditioner had a fault with van not getting cold ( less than 3 years and still under warranty) We had this fixed by authorized Domettc dealer as we where on road and need this sorted asap. The guy that replaced coil in a/c said it was a very common problem he also said this is his 4th one he did within a week. $700 out of pocket shame on you Domettc

Pessima disponibilità dell’assistenza clienti per un problema con il condizionatore di un cliente del nostro campeggio di lingua inglese , camper allagato, chiamo per conto loro per chiedere un aiuto perché nessuno pare comprendere l’inglese ed il numero segnalato sul libretto garanzia Italia risulta inesistente, allora ho chiamato il contatto più vicino a noi ( vado ligure ) e successivamente Genova e con antipatia un signore mi risponde che lui è italiano e non è tenuto a capire l’inglese, e che comunque è in ferie e non può esserci d’aiuto ( nemmeno per aiutarci a capire dove era un pezzo del condizionatore ) credo che ci voglia un po’ più di serietà e disponibilità da parte di chi rientra nell’assistenza clienti .

Dometic Ace Air Pro 400 S Awning bought this awning for my new caravan it looks nice and easy to put up followed instructions watched videos it is easy had it up for 3 nights and when I took it down there was 4 dents at top of caravan where the tubes were did email dometic waste of time so no I would not recommend or buy another I will stick with poles

I just wanna say I would give this company at 10 as they did me right when my air conditioner went down on my travel trailer. I do recommend them to anybody for sure they make a good product

I just wanna say I had this unit air conditioner on on my RV, travel trailer and had a problem and this company took care of the problem for me. I would recommend them to anybody out there. 3 campingcar, 3 frigos dometic, 3 appareils avec pannes de 2005 à 2025
3 Boitiers de gestion qui chauffent connexions brûlées,
2 circuits de fluide qui lâchent (odeur ammoniac toxique !!!!)
2 Brûleurs/gicleurs foiré.
Il manque un solide concurrent sur le marché ou les constructeurs de C car doivent trouver un autre fournisseur

I would not buy any Dometic product

I would not buy any Dometic product. our toilet has a defect in it so it smells like piss in the entire trailer and they say its out of warranty when we have only used the toilet on 5 trips in our trailer, expensive 5th wheel. If you want problems and get no help with customer service than they are the place for you!!!!!

I am Mobile RV Repair Tech

I am Mobile RV Repair Tech. I have a few customers with failed A/C units that I am having a tough time finding replacements for.
Dometic in their infinite wisdom decided they would discontinue the Blizzard and Penguin lines which are on many, many campers and RV’s.
Ok, no problem I’ll just install the replacement for them! PROBLEM! THEY DON’T REPLACEMENTS AVAILABLE FOR THEM!
They have no timeline available for when there will be a replacement offered! Good job Dometic! You’ve really screwed your end consumers in the middle of summer with no air conditioning!
You did the exact same thing with the legacy water heater a few years ago. Thank god Suburban stepped up and made a direct replacement for it. Cause when you finally released the replacement it didn’t fit in the cabinets!
I would love to hear and explanation for this from the company

FJX 2200 motorhome AC

However the unit still fails to cool properly and makes terrible noise.
All looks great at shows of new inverter AC but experiencing in real life has been disappointing. After several hours of usage outside temp is 35c inside 30c on full auto. Everything closed up on well insulated Hymer motorhome and in shade. Basically it’s a £2500 fan

CFX-3 - 75L duel zone
We have had our Dometic refrigerator for just over two years and have had nothing but trouble. This has included losing ability to regulate the temperate and constantly cycling (thermistor failed), the screen failing and the click lids no longer being able to click.
The first two issues we were able to have fixed at authorised service centres. To fix the lids, the refrigerator needed to be send back to Dometic, who had the fridge for a long time. Customer support is not helpful.
All issues occurred while on various travels and significantly impacted our holidays, resulting in food wastage and needing to find a service centre with availability.
The plastic click lids are no good. Save yourself the hassle and buy an Engle.

Gravierendes Qualitätsproblem bei Camping-Kühlschränken

In meinem Camping-Fahrzeug hat jetzt der 4. (!!!) Kühlschrank den Geist aufgegeben. In 10 Jahren habe ich 4 Kühlschränke von Dometic installiert, keiner funktionierte länger als drei Jahre. Hier liegt ein grundsätzliches Qualitätsproblem vor.

Das ging Superschnell und Problemos

Nachdem wir auf der Fahrt zum Schliersee unsere Fensterscheibe vom Alkoven verloren hatten, waren wir total verzweifelt. Gott sei Dank hatten wir mit Frau Melanie Völl eine nette und kompetente Ansprechpartnerin. Scheibe war in 2 Tage da und ganz leicht zu montieren. Vielen Dank
