Love my 8x10 gazebo!
Instructions were very easy to follow, nothing was damaged in shipping even though FedEx nearly destroyed the packaging, and it is super sturdy. Used plant pots filled with drainage rocks and it was a great alternative to mounting it to the ground. Definitely will take at least 2 people to assemble and about 2 full days (a lot of patience and a case of beer helps too) but definitely worth it! Love my gazebo and have recommended it to others as well.

Love this Gazebo but it was missing a…
Love this Gazebo but it was missing a package of screws. The frame was easy to put together but the roof assemble directions were difficult.
Good quality Gazebo though.

Excellent but time consuming.
Don’t get me wrong, it took me 2 8hr days with one helper to put it all together and an extra hand would have been great but I was able to do it. Plenty of extra nuts and bolts in case you lose some and directions were perfect. Just follow them to the tee. Quality is top shelf. My suggestion is plan on spending an hour pulling the protective film off of the roof panels before you start the top. Do it on a warm day, it will come off easier. I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend it.

Really appreciate the honest review. The tip about the roof panel film on a warm day is gold. We also recommend using heat-dryer to warm the plastic film first to peel it off- it would be easier. Glad it worked out well for you — sounds like a solid buy!

the quality of the gazebo we purchased was exceptional. we had a few assembly questions that were answered by your reps via email. the only hassle was getting all the plastic film off of the panels. there should be a better way to protect these without having to spend hours removing this film

Beautiful addition to our deck
The delivery was swift, less than a week. The quality of the product is good. All parts were in the packaging with no missing pieces. The installation was moderate. Not difficult just tedious. My husband and son-in-law put the gazebo together in 5 days with my 64 year old husband doing 80% of the work by himself. Our gazebo is large 14x24 so it is larger than the average size.
Of note: the directions say to unpack all boxes before you begin. That is not always possible due to space constraints and weather. His suggestion would be to better label the outside of each box for content.
The gazebo is up, finished and beautiful.
Highly recommend.

The gazebo was received with a damaged post. A quick email requesting a replacement, and new post was delivered quickly. Great customer service.

Plan accordingly with regards to the assembly process
Delivery was seamless. Our 12x10 gazebo came in 5 boxes. We watched numerous videos to get a feel for what we were in for. It took about 12 hours for 2 people to put together. Here are some things that might be helpful to people thinking about investing in this product:
Make sure you have power drills (we used 2) and appropriate bits. There are a lot of screws. I can’t imagine doing this by hand.
Have ladders available. We had 3 out-making moving around much quicker.
The 60+ page direction book is mostly pictures (think ikea directions). Some of the pictures left us scratching our heads. This is why watching videos before are helpful.
Now that the assembly is complete we are enjoying our new purchase. It is extremely sturdy. We were searched for a few years before pulling the trigger on this and are confident our research paid off.

Next time I'll just order the plastic one from Amazon.
I ordered the 200 gal deck box. The measurements were true to size, and it fit perfectly on the patio of my apartment. Shipping is also pretty fast. It does do the job that it was designed to do. I would not call it waterproof, there are seams and cracks in the bottom, especially if the screws are not tight enough. There is also no internal bracing or any kind for the walls. The base is flimsy un weighted plastic, and the screws holding it together are all as small as possible. The walls are thin gauge metal that are only supported by overlapping the other sides and screwed into the plastic top and bottom. You WILL need at least two people to put it together, one person to hold all the pieces in place while you put in the screws. The shipping apparently has some dire issues, the first lid that I received was dented in the side so badly that it would not sit flatly on the box, I emailed support and they offered a $20 rebate, or a replacement lid. The replacement lid also had a dent in the side of it. At least this one sits flat.
Tl;dr, All in all i would not recommend this product. It's ok, it does the job, however it does seem to be cheaply made, and i doubt that it will end up being worth the total cost. the main benefit being most other offerings from different companies seem to be made of plastic and resin.

The gazebo is going to be beautiful…but
The gazebo is going to be beautiful once we get it finished, but the instructions were definitely vague in several places and we had to figure it out for ourselves. There was also one piece that we had to cut to make it fit where it was supposed to, which caused a gap in the line that the curtains will hang. Hoping it doesn't affect it too much.

Went together according to directions very well one tip would be to have a little longer screw for the four corners of screen on top do the corners first then the middle screw.

Fed Ex damaged one of the product boxes
Contacted Domi Outdoor Living via email in regards to one of the 5 boxes that was damaged by FedEx. Had a response in less than 24 hours that they had immediately shipped me a replacement for the box that was damaged without any hassles. Customer service gets a 5 star rating for that!!!!

Missing Parts - Made to feel stupid and like I was stealing something
Order was missing to parts for the roof. We had inventories every part before I reached out to support. Was told to make sure it wasn’t in another box, that it was in box 5 and then told that it was in box 4 but that box was still in shipment. when I sent a picture of box 4, finally received. Note they would ship me the two part.
When I followed up the note said you were still verifying it was available in the warehouse.
I’ve begun installing the gazebo and cannot finish because of the missing parts. The actions was asked to take and had already taken made me feel like you thought I was trying to steal something from you.
I’m still waiting on confirmation of part. If I don’t receive soon, I’ll contact about returning the gazebo for a full refund.
Has been the worst experience ever and I will never recommend anyone purchase from you.
