Hot tub gazebo
My wife and I had the weekend all planned out to assemble our new gazebo as it was scheduled and confirmed for delivery on a Friday but unfortunately, one of the 4 boxes was not delivered until the following Monday. I understand you have no control of a 3rd party delivery service, maybe there are ways to correct this on your end.
There were also some parts not labeled or identified which slowed our process down as well. To some people that are not savvy on assembling things this could of been a big game changer.
On a good note, we successfully got our gazebo assembled and are happy so far. Looking forward to seeing how it and the curtains and assembly hold up over the Illinois winter as we placed it over our hot tub.

I’m very happy with my Domi pergola. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the finished product looks fantastic in my backyard. The instructions were clear, all the parts fit properly, and assembly was straightforward with basic tools. Once installed, it feels sturdy and well-built. Product came damaged but since it was…
Product came damaged but since it was still useable we kept it since returning it would have been more of a headache. Also pretty frustrating to put together due to how it is constructed.
Edit- Domi reached out and provided a partial refund for the trouble and the customer service was great.

We love the gazebo cover
We love the gazebo cover. We purchased one last year and had a rough windy winter. We are replacing the first one because it frayed apart. We were able to leave all our deck furniture and grill underneath for winter storage instead of dragging it to the shed and filling the shed so we gas nobroom all winter.

I must say when it was delivered It was…
I must say when it was delivered It was intimidating. All those boxes. My son in law started opening boxes found instructions and started to count all parts. We were missing 5 screws but we were able to go to the hardware store and buy them. He began the process. The product was very well made. If you followed the directions which were pretty good it went well. The first 2 days he was able to work by himself. Most everything lined up well. When it came to the roof he had 2 extra helpers. The roof install went smooth but it was time consuming. All materials were sturdy and very well made.
In the end it took 4 days not working all day. We love it. It looks fabulous and we are looking forward to spending time relaxing in the shade.

I purchased a 12x12 Gazebo which has both the screen and regular curtains. Its the perfect addition for my deck! Keeps the beating sun away and provides privacy and protection from wind and rain. Very sturdy, excellent material. It's completed my backyard oasis!

Quite a few dents
There were a lot of dents, while most aren’t seen or noticeable, I did t worry about the ones that are seen. I didn’t have time to wait for replacement parts and have no idea how to go about it. Other than that, it wasn’t too hard to put together. I put most of the beams and smaller parts together myself and had another person to help me erect it all together. A third person was there to help with a little balancing so it’s good to have at least three people to put it together.

This Gazebo's quality is good..
This Gazebo's quality is good... I liked the powder coating quality. Some pieces didn't match with the drawings. Different pieces in different drawings, made things a bit confusing. All in all, the directions were good. Everything was labeled with ID numbers and letters. The finished Gazebo looks great. Be sure to check what pieces you have with the instructions in your boxes. Dented panels and posts
Dented panels and posts, terribly difficult to assemble, super sharp edges on all the roof panels cut you up like crazy.
Company replied that that were working to resolve the issue and I’ve heard nothing or had no communication for over a week. I feel as though that is a general post reply and they simply do nothing.

First of all I never write reviews. I purchased a 10x14 brown metal gazebo with curtains. It took a few days to assemble and there were a few dents and scrapes from the shipper on some pieces and the company has the best customer service. Replied right away and made everything right. The gazebo is great quality and I love it !! Way better than expected ! It is great quality and beautiful. I had never heard of Domi and took a chance and i’m so glad I did. thank you so much for my beautiful gazebo.

I purchased a 10'x12' gazebo from Domi…
I purchased a 10'x12' gazebo from Domi to be erected on my concrete patio. The gazebo came in three boxes with all parts labeled and with clear diagram instructions for the build. I had a contractor build the unit and he was impressed about the gazebo construction. The whole gazebo is made out of metal and only a few connector parts were made out of plastic. The gazebo I bought did not come with the caps that cover the mounting brackets so I ended up having to order them separately. Domi should provide these covers for all models and not as a separate add on but I do realize that I bought a sale unit that did not come with the bracket caps so I just ordered them immediately and they arrived a few days later. Also a connector part was missing and I sent a message to customer service and they sent the part out via DHL which will arrive on June 2. All in all, the unit is strong and sturdy; My customer support was good for the two problems I encountered and the gazabo looks great on the patio. The only draw back was the time difference for customer service to reply which took about 12 hours as Domi is in Asia, but they say that on the website. I give them 5 stars and would buy another gazebo from them.
