We are not where I want to be. A lot of information being thrown at me but we do not have the support. Everything is a separate app and log in. I need 3 simple things done and I can't make it happen because I am lost

My Account Executive listened to my needs and was informative without being pushy. He was patient and shared accurate and detailed information to help me make an informed decision about choosing a donor management system that would work for my org.

So far, so good with onboarding! We are a start up non profit and I've been so pleased with the onboarding thus far.

Amelie Gauthier was very supportive in the initial onboarding session. This is a new system to all of our staff/Trustees so having the onboarding support is important.

The staff have been awesome and friendly. All questions that I have had have been answered in a quick manner. The quality of work is top notch and what you want from a CRM.

Our small nonprofit has been searching for a donor management platform for years. We don't need an expensive big system, but spreadsheets aren't enough. Not only can we pick what we need with DonorPerfect (and scale when needed), but it works with our budget. We've had great customer service and support through the process. I'm extremely impressed.
