I’m still on on boarding, but so far everybody’s been wonderful and serves every question I have and seems just as excited to get my nonprofit up and going in a positive direction as I am

The underwriting department is alarmingly subpar, lacking the thoroughness and diligence expected in such a critical function. Their operations feel more like basic credit card processing masquerading as a sophisticated CRM, offering little value beyond surface-level functionality.

This inefficiency led to a complete communication breakdown, causing significant delays, lost productivity, and missed revenue opportunities. The disjointed processes and lack of accountability underscore the systemic flaws within their approach.

EDIT: Unfortunately, DonorPerfect cannot discuss the circumstances of my denial. Translation: their social media or customer relations team has no real answer to provide. While I’m not particularly concerned about the denial itself. I’ve already moved on to a more reliable service; the lack of transparency and accountability speaks volumes. If you’re looking for clarity and responsiveness in a donor management platform, you might want to look elsewhere. Good luck.

Send a receipt for confirmation of the order to the purchaser's email.
Send training options for interfacing product with Intuit Quickbooks and training for end of year donor thank you notifications.

Great customer service. Great response time. Sales was amazing showing the product. It is literally perfect!!!! We are so excited to finally have a tool that was designed for nonprofits. Also love the employee owned aspect of DP! Huge thanks team.

Suzanne and Michael have been knowledgeable and helpful.

Our first contact with Suzanne was wonderful. She was patient with our questions and was able to answer all questions - except our request to pay 2/3 of the prepayment. She had to take that to her director but got back to us quickly with a much appreciated affirmative reply. Michael was also helpful but Sister Carolyn and I both found he went very quickly. However he did stop to answer any questions.

Plenty of on line resources and the sales person Jin Kim was awesome!!

We appreciate the quick response of a real person to discuss and answer our questions and truly explore the viability of DP for our needs. My experience signing up for DonorPerfect has been outstanding, thanks to the incredible support from my DonorPerfect Account Manager. From the very beginning, she made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She took the time to understand my needs, answer all my questions, and guide me through the setup process with professionalism and care. She followed up in a way that was not pushy, but was genuine and kind.

I thought our salesperson, Susan Gildea, did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable, very responsive to our every question and concern, and had just the right mix of personality traits to make the experience a good one. I don't always respond to surveys, but if someone does a good job, they deserve recognition for it.

So are, our non-profit is in the acquisition phase and on-boarding. Consultations have been thorough in getting to understand our needs and how best Donor Perfect can meet those needs. Looking forward to implementation and getting our first donor solicitation campaign underway. Very excited about the future with Donor Perfect in place.
