Great personalized help in the research process as we investigate online giving for our not-for-profit organizations.

Cheryl was very patient with our long internal discussions and approval process. She followed up and answered questions for months before we were ready to sign. Most salespeople would have been pushy or abandoned the lead. She was informative, enthusiastic, polite, professional, and any other positive trait you could name. Very happy with her help, and very excited to make the most of the software!

Their merchant account, which runs on their servers, is now forcing anyone who uses their merchant services to run on a PCI server. You know how much that costs?! Better budget more than they tell you upfront because this hidden cost is going to kill you.
