The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful

I am setting this account up for a client who has systems scattered across different tools that don't communicate. DonorPerfect has a very user-friendly interface, knowledgeable staff, helpful tutorials and useful reports. The company has also been around for a long time, supporting the non-profit world, so their product has developed to support many different donation scenarios.

My conversation with my assigned onboarding specialist was informative and very pleasant . I look forward to further interactions as THF moves forward and populates Donor Perfect with our organization details

Every interaction with the DonorPerfect team has been great. The process has been smooth and everyone sincerely wants to set us up for success.

Just had our onboarding call with Michael Carboni. He was through and made it fun!

Rachel made the sale by providing excellent customer service from start to finish by communicating clearly and specifically, keeping me informed of the product's features and costs.

First, I researched numerouse available software programs before deciding on Donor Perfect. The sales person was helpful in numerous ways. They met with me on Zoom to demonstrate some of the features of their software. Then, they honored my time to process and research other companies. The representative was very prompt in answering my questions to help me make a decision without being pushy.

After I made a decision to purchase Donor Perfect, there was a smooth transfer from sales to an OnBoarding consultant. The company has a supportive system to address learning the MANY features in the software package. Believe me when I say, this software offers a lot! I feel that I will be able to learn and use this powerful medium to draw donors in to support our mission.

While I feel Donor Perfect was the right choice for our organization, staff members have been less than professional. Our initial meeting did not start on time. I had to call representative to confirm meeting was still on. The attire of both reps we met so far has been sloppy and unprofessional looking. Just FYI. Otherwise pleased so far.

The Account Manager, Jeremy was outstanding. He was professional and thorough. He was patient, addressed all our questions, and had excellent follow through and follow-up. It was a very pleasant process to open a new DP account.

Video help is too long and not succinct. Downloads of the video are truly unhelpful. Not editable to focus on specific issues.

Just signed up and looking over the resources but so far it is going very well! Suzanne made it so simple to sign up and held my hand the whole way!
