Suzanne is my new account person for my new account at DonorPerfect--primarily because she is a great listener...and communicates back so I know I was heard. Made all the difference in my decision to try again on a donor management platform. THANK YOU!

Andrew Shaw patiently walked us through the entire process, met with all stakeholders, explained intricacies of the platform. We felt confident making this decision because of the various capabilities of the project, and primarily because of Andrew's deep knowledge and understanding.

Needed a login, never heard back.

Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...

So far Jorden has been very responsive and quick to get us onboarded...I will be able to tell you more in a week or 2 when I see how well the onboarding process goes...

We just purchased this and have no clue how to use it

Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful! Working with him helped me realize I made the right choice with DonorPerfect. To me, customer service is everything. Matt made the entire sales experience easy, informative and fun. Yes, fun. If Matt is an example of customer service I will receive implementing and managing our DonorPerfect CRM - wow! The process of discovering the best CRM to utilize was easy from initial contact to conversation with the Regional Sales Director to the onboarding. Any information that I needed was quickly shared -- which allowed me to find grant support for Capacity Building to fund two years of the cost right up front.

I've been a DonorPerfect user before, and then when working at other organizations had to use Blackbaud products, Bloomerang, and Salesforce. But none are as intuitive, comprehensive, and flexible as DonorPerfect. It's good to be home!

From the first introduction to donor perfect to the demonstration is was excellent. Taking with Suzanne about the use of DP in our nonprofit made us feel secure in choosing them.

Popped up on the internet. I received a note from Suzanne after I signed up for a demo. She has been awesome. I’m very happy and we will love things along.

Impressive platform and it sounded easy and clear. As we were signing up and reading our agreement we realized more questions were in order and PayPal, if used would have to be manually entered in to the system. This adds some cost to using Donor Perfect and another detail when clarified had to be added so our cost went up a little more. We still think we’ll benefit from your product and look forward to getting it set up.

Mixed on communication from the organization. I feel like kind of a mess.
