Andrew was very patient and made sure everyone's questions were answered to their satisfaction. Our Board members asked lots of detailed questions and he was patient in explaining how the database operates.
Painful process getting started
Signing up and getting started has been incredibly painful. We want and need to get started ASAP and are very frustrated with all the hoops that are required to jump through in order to actually get a username and password and get moving.

I'm just learning the platform so this comes from that point of view. the training videos went a little to fast and were a bit too busy and seemed to be geared for children. I had to pause the video to read the content because it went so quickly. Not horrible but... Otherwise so far so good. I really appreciate the fact that you offer webinars to help newbies with the learning curve.

I had several questions related to our being able to continue using our current online giving platforms or not, which was clearly answered by the Donor Perfect rep. I feel confident going into the training time, that I will be listened to, and clear answers and direction given when I need it!

H2TF is a new nonprofit and we had to take time to learn what was best for our organization now and as we continue to grow.

Suzanne my sales consultant was great, process has been smooth. Only thing I would comment on is the initial payment process. IT is a little confusing and I ended up with a second balance of $1.44 I had to pay separately because I didnt add something right. A direct link with the invoice cost already populated would be nice but thats nitpicking. So far so great.

Appreciated the live introduction, via Zoom, along with allowing us to ask questions, even though we had basically zero experience with this product or CRM for that matter.

Tom has been just amazing in answering all our questions and waiting patiently while our Nonprofit moved to a decision at a snail's pace. We had our orientation meeting with Steve Smaglio who helped us create a timeline that will work with our drop dead date for functionality.
