I havent had much experience yet with Donor Perfect, but the experience I have had is odd. I registered for the site and began the process of creating an account. I paid and was told by my contact person that I would hear back with next steps. That was 9 days ago!! I have no idea where I am in the process. Since then I have emailed my contact person and then called and have heard nothing in response!

Our nonprofit has been around for 55 years, but never invested in software. Tons of data has been collected but inconsistently, and there has never been a donor relationship system in place. I knew presenting Donor Perfect to the board and Exec. Director would be difficult, but it is something we need with a one-person development team. I spent an hour demoing the software with Jeremy and I knew how important it was for us to have the amazing features provided. It would make the difference between surviving and thriving. I took all the information Jeremy provided, along with our recorded demo video and presented my case. 48 hours later I am writing my review!

Suzanne Gildea was amazing, patient, and very helpful answering ALL of our many questions. She was prompt in emailing and setting up Zoom meetings for tutorials.

I love that I can integrate with Donor Search to learn about a person's past giving history to learn more about their interests. Donor Perfect also lets us upload a photo of our donors so we can easily identify them when they visit us or attend a function.

I wish the photo upload offered a larger image and multiple images, some donors send me pics of their visits and pets and it would be great to also store those right in their DP account.

Donor Perfect allows us to personalize our communications with donors through tailored emails, videos and invitations. The program lets us track donor communications via the contacts section and set filters that allow us to run reports to see who showed interest or offered support for a particular project or program, and easily identify those we need to circle back to.

Donor Perfect gets the job done! We like that all our donor management is done in one place. makes things simple on the accounting side of things. Some things are a little overly complicated. Too many options, but its overall, just what we need

DonorPerfect is an excellent piece of fundraising software. We've used it for many years and it's really helped our fundraising.

User-friendly and intuitive navigation to most features. Ability to upload and mass import information. Compatibility with constant contact, QuickBooks, and other platforms. Wish more features were included in basic packages like Donor Search and events management. I'd also like to see more compatible credit card swipers.

I’ve been using DonorPerfect two years after using another fundraising software program. The program is very easy to use, and if I need additional help, customer services is only a phone call away. It’s convenient to have the online forms available so you set them up and don’t have to worry about them and it’s easy for our donors to make one-time gifts, monthly gifts, sign-up for events and we even use them for our volunteer hours. There are some features I would like to see added to DonorPerfect. We are able to request specific information be added to help with the ease of working in the program and hopefully, it doesn't take too long for our suggestions to be used.

I have used DonorPerfect for over 15 years and purchased it at every nonprofit I worked at. It is so easy to use and required very little training to get started. They are always adding new additions and making improvements to the program. They provide training on everything and their customer service is awesome.

My organization had used another CRM for many years, since the late 1980s without ever updating or upgrading it. It had been state-of-the-art when we first acquired it but, as is true of some legacy software created by a large company, it was so outdated that no one used it anymore. And the annual fee had become quite expensive.

As a result, we looked at more than a dozen fundraising platforms and demoed at least six different ones, including a cloud-based version of the CRM we had at the time.

We chose DonorPerfect because of the simplicity of the interface and ease of use, both in inputting new information and retrieving data on reports. DP offers easy to understand on-demand videos for every aspect of its use. It also has expert facilitators for live videos and trainers providing clear, detailed instructions for organization-specific sessions. For the latter training workshops, you are provided with a video of the session and a detailed write-up of instructions. This reinforces learning for attendees and provides tailored training for the rest of team who were unable to attend.

While the migration process was initially bumpy, DP assigned a dedicated staffer to work with us at no extra charge to make sure we were happy with the final result.

My organization has found DP to be a good platform to allow programs to improve and create effective multichannel fundraising campaigns.

DonorPerfect is great for our smaller organization. It is very user-friendly and there are helpful videos for anything that may challenge users. I especially like the reporting function and the ability to export to Excel.

Having to engage an outside expert to import the necessary fields into Donor Perfect to run reports based on their Donor Search wealth capacity rating was frustrating, however by importing the wealth capacity ratings from Donor Search, we were able to determine that we had more than enough capacity within our donor pool to make our capital campaign a success.

DonorPerfect has been an amazing database for all our donor information, gifts, outreach connections, etc. The Reports are plentiful and the extra resources are always improving!
