I had no idea how heavy this item would…
I had no idea how heavy this item would be to hold. Now I can’t return due to only opening the box. I still need this item but after buying the first one and not allowed to return it seems impossible. This is the second purchase with this company. I guess it will be the last for me.
This is poor business!

Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns once the sealed plastic hygiene wrap has been opened. We also state in the order conformation email that "We can only accept a return if the plastic hygiene wrap has not been removed".
We do have the weights and dimensions listed in the details of all our products, so customers can decide which wand will be best for them.

I loved it but...
I loved it. But about a week ago it started failing on me. I think it has a short in it or something. Hoping to get a replacement. Or a refurbish on this one. Really loved the vibe. But I can't afford a new one at the moment. Hopefully customer service will be good.

The product I bought is perfect but my only issue is that on the site I paid for shipping. As I live in Ireland I understand that taxes for import must be added but UPS added on other charges for processing which is BS.

So disappointed
The product was in stock but did not ship until after two weeks from ordering. The item was in stock and I had to go back and forth with customer service to get this resolved. Once I received it the ring that goes around the top was off when opening the box. I have been nothing but disappointed with my experience.

Well, Doxy did respond to an inquiry email I sent a few weeks after getting an order confirmation and nothing more. Turns out the parts were on back-order. An email update about the delay would have been grand.

Kind of dissapointed - import taxes.
It would be great if you had EU warehouse or at least provided clear information about additional costs like customs duties and 23% VAT. I got caught off guard by these extra charges, and it would have been helpful to know about them upfront. Maybe it's time to have official EU distribution through partners and redirect European buyers there?
I know it's my fault that I didn't do enough research and wrongly assumed that id only pay vat difference - but still. It's kind of dissapointing to pay more than I'd pay from resellers.
I believe making some changes would really improve whole shopping experience.

It says fast shipping on the website
It says fast shipping on the website. I ordered 13 days ago and still nothing. No shipping confirmation, no reply to my email enquiring as to where it is. Also you can’t get hold of them via phone. Just ends up going to their answer phone.

I had an issue with the Doxy diecast
I had an issue with the Doxy diecast. I sent an email. Rebecca replied the next day. She was very responsive. She resolved my issue immediately. They shipped the package and it was delivered within two days. You can’t ask for better customer service than that. Thank you so much, Rebecca.
