We were over in Tunbridge wells for the weekend, Range Rover came up with red DPF is full visit main dealer warning. Called lunchtime Saturday and they were able to fit me in Sunday lunch time. Arrived on time with a phone call giving me exact eta. Claudio walked me through what he was going to do every step of the way. After doing a DPF clean and carbon clean, clearing the faults off the ecu and taking the vehicle for a drive it was all sorted and we could head back to Cornwall. Great service highly recommend.

From my experience was stress free.
I sound them on the web search , enquired got a quote within the hour, made a booking & got the DPF cleaned & faults diagnosed & cleared on my Mitsubishi Triton.
The Ute is happy & got its pick back to speed .

My car got a DPF clean with carbon medic.
Then his computer came up with a few faults he told me, he could fix it today but there would be a fee which I agreed to. I got a text from them saying to go to any garage for them to investigate the few faults on the invoice which he agreed he could fix.
Then, I took the car to the garage and they did not understand why he wanted me to take my car there as they have to run their own investigation into car faults and they could not look at it for 2 weeks.
When returning home from the garage which was less than a 5 miles drive, the DPF light came on saying it's full and the car has gone into limp mode.
So I phoned Carbon medic and was told this was due to the few faults that needed to be fixed which I believed I had already paid for. That did not go down too well so I ended the phone call abruptly. So now I have a car with a dpf full light on and I paid just over £500 for approximately 30 minutes of work.
CAUTION: £100 for him to clean and top up add blue then told me I have to take it to the garage to get my add blue looked at OMG

When I called you is when I said fxxk off you idiot then i ended the phone call as i wlwas getting no were with you and I apologise for that. However since then I received no reply to emails about this matter. There is also the fact that your internet was down and i had to pay by bank transfer or cash not every one has Internet banking I sure if I was charging someone that kind of money for a service, I would have brought this up before stating the job. I just telling people facts about my experience with your carbon medic. SO YOU DID CHARGE £100 TO FILL MY ADD BLUE.
Since doing this rewire I got another DPF company to look at my car and they fixed it first time even they could not find the faults .

One star because you can't leave no stars.
The engineer arrived and did a diagnostic and declared that the car fault was okay for their system.
I was told it would be £370. Basically, the whole thing lasted less than 20 minutes.
In the report the engineer stated that three sensors needed replacement.
I asked my local garage to have a look at the car, and they said they didn't agree with the report, and that they felt there was a problem with the DPF itself.
I contacted DPF Medic, and queried their report. The response I got was that the garage I had used didn't know what they were talking about, and they would call them to discuss the faults. They never did.
Because of the disagreement, my local garage arranged for me to take the car to a specialist centre in Colchester.
Within a very short time thay informed me that the DPF was actually cracked, and that they could find no fault with the sensors. They also told me about a Ford recall scheme, as this had been identified as an issue.
I took the car to Fords, and they immediately diagnosed a cracked DPF.
Had I not checked DPF Medic's diagnosis, I could have ended up spending an awful lot of money on replacing the sensors, which would have made no difference at all.
My conversations with DPF Medic have run along the lines of the other garages couldn't possibly have diagnosed a cracked DPF, and that they are the only people who really understand what to do.
On one hand, they were cheaper than some other mobile services out there, but my advice is to steer well clear of this lot and go to a properly set up centre.

When I called DPF medic the minute they answered the phone the service was excellent. The engineer arrived the same day I made the call. The engineer Claudio was superb and they managed to remedy the dpf issues on my land rover discovery sport. My garage had advised a full replacement so I was really happy that a full clean resolved the problem.

Amazing team! Shayan was really helpful on the phone and Matt the technician who clean our dpf was really polite. 100% would reconmend!

Had ongoing problems with the DPF on my car and called these guys out to get to the bottom of the issue before I gave up all hope and scrapped the car. They cleaned it out and found the fault a few days later had engine malfunction pop up again, I gave them a call and explained the malfunction and they came back out the next day to plug it in and see what the cause was and it was something new. Have been told after I get this repaired at a garage my car will be back to normal again but if any more problems to call them back. Overall they are a really friendly team and come out very quickly. Cheaper than going to a DPF shop as I had been to 1 local to me 2 years previous and paid £1000. Would highly recommend DPF medic.

I have already given my review on this company. They are not very Proffesional
I had a carbon clean and it did not work
The problem was the Vaporiser and the
Oxegen Sensor.
Both these componants have to be Tested.
This company had no workshop facility
and therefore were unable to complete
the work.
I was overcharged for the work £480 just to clean the system.
Fortunately I found a company that completed the work and replaced the
Parts for the £440.
No I am not giving this company a star.

AVOID!

Called this company to help with ongoing DPF issue, engineer who services below Peterborough arrived at 8pm creating a ton of noise. Payed a deposit of £50 was told it could be anywhere from £160-300 ish.

I have had this problem a number of times and other company’s have spent more than 45 mins on the vehicle. The engineer did a chemical clean on the vehicle and a forced regen. Now the new garage I took the vehicle to found multiple fault codes and only 2l of oil in a 6l engine! Engineer should not have processed a forced regen with these dangerously low levels and with the current fault codes as it causes more issues

Carbon medic found oil dilution and a faulty pressure sensor. Supposedly!

Ended up payed near £400 for an engineer on site 20 mins maximum. All fault codes reappeared within 10 miles and the company have been no help or have given no trust in the fact the engineer performed the required checks on a faulty DPF system. Oh and the works they completed has broken a different sensor! (Which apparently there’s only 1 in the system but I have since found out there is at least 4)

This has led me to seek a new garage which showed me all components under the vehicle, all sensors and a detailed explanation of how the underlying problem could be caused. No pressure sensor needed to be changed. Oil dilution didn’t help with them completing a forced regen with low oil

The engineer clearly was out for a quick fix to get engine lights gone and go home.

No offer of refunds at all.

This has since cost me another near £1000 in repairs!

Cowboys and a quick fix put a plaster on it and walk away scam.

Claudio was great. Such a genuine guy. Did his best and walked me through the whole process, sadly there's more to do but no reflection on him. Very happy and when I have my next car due I'll ask for Claudio... If you can keep him 😉

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I paid Carbon Medic Ltd trading as DPF Medic for a DPF clean. I paid a £50 deposit in advance and was then charged a further £345 at my home, bringing the total to £395. The deposit was not deducted as agreed and additional charges were added on the day without being properly explained.

The vehicle remained in limp mode after the work. Despite repeatedly asking, I was not provided with an invoice breakdown, diagnostic report, receipts, or any clear evidence that the work had actually been carried out.

Only after raising a dispute did the company send paperwork, which contained inconsistent figures and still did not explain what work had been done. Instead of offering a refund or remedy, I was advised that further paid work was required.

Communication was poor, concerns were dismissed, and attempts to resolve the matter were ignored. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY REPLY THEY GIVE TO THIS POST
This matter is now subject to formal dispute and court proceedings.

Prompt arrival and clear out lìne of issues as well as recommended action.

Spoke with Shayan who couldn't of been more helpful with a DPF problem we had with our parts van.
Within two hours of that phone call, there was someone (i.e Matt) had come to our dealership and sorted the problem.
Great service and would defiantly use DPF Medic again.
