Have bought 11 Draco slide these past 2 months . My kids love them ! Will be buying more and they can’t wait what’s next . Thank you Draco for making family happy ! Keep it up !

Love my Draco they are so comfortable and as someone older with feet issues there fantastic very happy now next time sparky ones

You need to be very careful when you put something in your cart, because they can automatically add something else unwanted in the cart, sometimes more than one item, like a cleaning kit, socks or a « free refund fee ». If you are not careful, you can end up paying for things you don’t want or don’t need. Also, the automatic pay option is tricky, and you might end up placing orders you never intended to make, as was the case for my nephew. He was trying to get a good rebate with the wheel that pops up in the website, so he placed items in different carts just to see, without intending to buy all those orders, but they were all processed. He ended up paying for four distinct shipments, four times the shipment fees and four times the « free » refund fees, not only for the pair of sandals he wanted, but socks and a cleaning kit that he never even put in the cart. While the website did finally accept (after several failed attempts on our part) to refund the extra two pairs of sandals my nephew received, they refused to take back the cleaning kit, saying it was ineligible for refund. Even though it says « Refunds and exchanges are easy » in the description of this product. And even though the « Free Refund Fee » is automatically added to the cart when you put in the cleaning kit. Nowhere on the website does it say that this product cannot be refunded. I explained all this to customer service, but all they did is keep saying that the « system » refused the refund, so there was nothing they could do. They kept blaming the system. My nephew likes the sandals he kept, but he is very unhappy to have paid for a bunch of excess fees and unwanted products. All he wanted was one pair of $99 sandals. He ended up paying $100 in shipping fees, more that $18 in "Free Refund fees" and a $35 cleaning kit. Seems to me like they use some underhanded tactics to charge people extra costs and make refunds difficult. I don’t recommend this company.

I know they say DON’T get wet. Once you do they’re cooked. Cause of the foam and velvet that stuff STINKS. Can’t wash em to rid the smell. Or dry out don’t help either. And so you can’t donate cause that’s just wrong, in the trash. Suxs

I loved my first pair before I even thought about it. Great quality. Nice look and very comfortable. So nice I don’t even want to wear them. Already on my 6th pair lol these slides are addicting.

I just wanted to say that the shoes were nice but I only received 1 pair and didn’t get the “free” pair for the buy 1 get 1. I reached out 3 times and haven’t gotten a response the last 3 weeks. Proceed with caution and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Shopping with Draco Slides has turned into a total accountability nightmare. I purchased several items from them almost a month ago, and although the tracking shows the order as delivered, the package never arrived.
When I tried to sort this out, I hit a complete wall. Their customer service team completely ghosts customers-emails go unanswered and their listed phone number is completely inactive. To make matters worse, I paid extra for their optional shipping protection. Upon independently contacting the insurance provider directly, I was shocked to learn that they haven't actually insured Draco Slides for the past two years, making the protection fee a deceptive charge.
Future customers should look elsewhere to avoid losing their hard-earned money to a business that completely vanishes after taking payment.

Trash website. Broken promises of select a pair get a pair free. Better brands to buy from with less hassle. Avoid this company.

i ordered a 1 for 1 deal and i was modify the size after i completed and bought the slides and it removed 1 of the slides i need help to fix it

I have 4 pair of the slides and 2 jogging outfits. All true to size and very comfortable! Lavish materials…..Very satisfied!!!

Great product! Only downside is I got the surprise bundle of 2 slides and I got the same exact slides with different colored buckles.

This my second time ordering Dracos for my teen. He absolutely loves them. I've never encountered a problem. From ordering to shipping and arriving was easy and fast. I recommend.

These are great quality with one downfall... The plastic is cheap plastic, it broke before I even wore them. Sadly... But let me say the slide itself is worth the money. The style cute too... There very comfortable!! I emailed the company and they took care of me on the exchange!! 🫶🏽 Only thing I'd like to see is a change in the plastic... So I can make this a go to slide frfr!! 😘

I've ordered 3 pair of draco slides and I'm pleased with the results. Comfortable and stylish and great quality. The delivery time is great too. Doesn't take weeks to get what you've ordered. I need the concrete draco slides. They've been sold out for a while now.
