I ordered two pair, one phantom and one thunder reflective. I received them quickly and loved them both! Unfortunately, my reflective ones started fraying after wearing one time on a loop the strap goes through. I reached out and got an immediate response. After some communication, I have a new pair being sent and am extremely satisfied with the customer service and quick response! Will purchase again!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order placed on May 16, 2026, which finally arrived today after an unacceptable 17-day delay. I paid for 1–5 day Priority shipping, and your support team completely stopped responding to my inquiries after 10 days.

This was a highly anticipated birthday gift for my son, and your shipping failure entirely ruined the surprise. To add insult to injury, the package arrived incomplete. I purchased a BOGO promotion, but you only delivered one pair of slides.

Given the nightmare experience and the complete lack of professional communication, I require the following resolutions immediately:

Ship the missing BOGO pair via overnight delivery.

Send an additional pair of Iceman slides (Size 13) as compensation for the extreme inconvenience and ruined birthday.

Issue a full refund for both the shipping charges and the entire order cost.

I expect a prompt reply confirming that these actions are being processed.

UPDATE: UPDATE — Draco made things right:

After posting the above, I was contacted by Draco from your support team, and I want to acknowledge how he handled things. The Iceman slides I'd originally requested as compensation were sold out, so he offered a pair of DCO slides instead. We agreed this was a fair middle ground, and he made sure the missing BOGO pair from my original order was sent out as well.

Shipping wasn't overnight as I'd initially asked for, but Draco communicated clearly throughout and worked with me to find a resolution we were both comfortable with instead of leaving me stuck in limbo like the earlier support experience did. I appreciate that he took ownership of the issue and saw it through to a fair outcome.

Overall, a rocky start turned into a good resolution thanks to Draco's follow-through.

I did have an issue with my order but the customer service was great and got my issue resolved in a timely manner. The slides themselves do fit a little snug but are still very comfortable.

Super comfortable right out the bag no break-in needed at all. The fit is perfect, and the cushioned sole makes them easy to wear all day without your feet getting tired. The design is clean but still stands out, especially with the reflective straps, they hit different in the light. Quality is solid too, they feel durable and not cheap like a lot of other slides. Perfect for just chilling, stepping out quick, or even putting together a casual fit.
