Terrible company. The actual worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time. The good reviews is obviously fake. A month after I placed my order when I have already told them to cancel my order they want to finally hurry up and ship it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered a dress and it had been worn before. There was dog or cat hair black and white in color all along the dress. There was also blonde hair along the bottom of the dress. I absolutely DO NOT have blonde hair nor do I have pets. I do have pictures of proof. Customer service is horrible. They make you pay shipping to send items back for a refund even if it’s an issue on their end such as my situation. They clearly don’t thoroughly check their items. So save yourself the trouble and don’t buy anything from these people especially clothes. They’ll probably send you clothes worn by other people too which is very unsanitary and disgusting. The packages come from the US, but they tell you to ship it back to China which makes no sense. The package costs like $70 to ship back. Which a customer should NOT be paying when it’s a company mess up. Whatever you do DO NOT buy from this company. They are apparently into scamming people and their quality is awful from the products to the customer service. WBDSFUS10118

PLEASE DO not buy from here. I spent $300 on a dress I found on Amazon for $80. I haven’t received mine yet I’m sure I lost all my money. I asked for a refund with the policy time and they didn’t give it to me. They aren’t hand made either. Terrible people like this I hope karma happens to u over there n China

Do NOT order anything from Dressself! THIS WEBSITE IS A SHAM! Ordered my daughter’s prom dress on April 21st, and here we are, 24 days later and there still hasn’t been an update as to when it will be shipped or when it will arrive. They don’t reply to emails and lie over and over again when trying to get updates through their website chat. After I initially contacted them on April 25th, they gave me a USPS tracking number that, still til this day, has never been updated and it still shows that USPS has not received the package. I asked for a cancellation and refund this morning and was denied “because your order has already been shipped.” When I questioned them further about their shipping/shipping methods they responded with “It would be better if you can contact the logistics company handling your package to know the status of your item.” Umm. Excuse me?! No, ma’am. I’m contacting YOU, then vendor that I ordered my daughter’s dress from, to find out the status since you all gave me a bogus tracking number. Then they tell me the only tracking number they can give me is USPS, even though they allegedly shipped it using Rapid Global Line (can’t find anything online proving this shipping method even exists). I then further asked them for a URL/website/contact number for Rapid Global Line and the only reply they give me is … and I quote…. “Yes' please note that USPS and Rapid
Global Line are sisters they are almost the same.“ THEY ARE ALMOST THE SAME? What the heck does that even mean???

I’ve since reported this company to the BBB and disputed the charge for the dress with my bank.

Save yourself the headache and tears shed since they’ll just steal your money and never send you what you ordered.

IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FABRICATED AND GENERATED FALSELY BY THE COMPANY (and all by the same person). Notice the positive reviews have no typographical errors or misspellings and are phrased in exactly the same way. This company is a scam. They are out of China and send shoddy products and then charge you to return them. You will not get a refund.

The company did not stand by their shipping statement yet took our money for a dress we ordered for our daughter's Prom. Her prom was today and no dress. No communication and the only communication gave a tracking number almost a month ago and it says it is invaled. Scam company. I paid $165 for the dress.

Updated review: I received my order 1month after purchase. The dress is nice, but I don't think I'd make the transaction again.

Terrible, terrible products and customer service! The turn-around time far exceeds 6-10 days. The dresses are poor quality. Total garbage! Loose seams and shabby construction. And again, customer service is unhelpful. Do not waste your money!!

Edit: yes, my order WAS delivered. But that does not change the fact that the dresses are poorly sewn. Seams are uneven. Sequins is falling off. Hem is crooked. Terrible product! Buyer beware! Do NOT buy!

Was sent a dress that did not have the straps and is an extremely poor replica of the pictured dress on the website that I purchased. My wedding is in 2.5 weeks and the company has been taking 48 hours to reply to each email, I have requested a phone number because this can be solved with a 5 minute conversation but no answer. I have been going back and forth for 6 days already and they have asked me twice, “how would you like to proceed” even after I have answered that question. I am hoping they come through and can expedite me the actual dress made custom to my measurements since I have no time for tailoring now. This is a completely reasonable request as I ordered with enough time to do my own tailoring, and it would have been fine had they sent me the item I purchased versus one without straps. I now have no time to order from elsewhere AND get tailoring done. I hope my wedding isn’t ruined because of their mistake.

UPDATE 5/9/23: Their customer service told me to order a new dress and it would be expedited. When I asked for it to be custom they said it will take 20 days processing and then shipping on top of that, knowing I told them my wedding was in less than 2 weeks at that point. Placed an order for a new standard dress that would be priority shopped but had to cancel because customer service then told me there is a 15 day processing and shipping is additional (again, them knowing my wedding was before that time). Ended up having to find a tailor to do last minute tailoring in less than 2 weeks time for all fitting needs AND to add straps which has now added $800 to the cost of my dress. Would NOT recommend ordering anything from this company, they were not able to fix the problems they caused. I posted a review on their website but it somehow doesn’t show up.

I couldn't be happier with my dress purchase from this company. The customer service was excellent and the dress arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.
