Giving a 3 because I’m still hoping for a positive out come. Order says 6-10 days to ship. I paid the extra cost to get the dress sooner rather than last minute.
I’ve sent two emails and have heard nothing. Looking at reviews, I’m getting a little paranoid.
Im needing a response or a refund. And not a paragraph about 10-15 days shipping that I’ve seen on all review responses.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Almost impossible to return a dress with broken zipper. Return info buried on website - only really accessible after initiating process. Then, dress MUST be shipped back to CHINA at our expense. Which is going to cost at least $50. Offered a 15% return if we don't. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

AWFUL Return Policy
Customer service takes FOREVER to answer my emails. I received the dress, and it does not zip up in the slightest. Completely unwearable. I had to argue with customer service to even be offered a refund. Then, the only shipping option was to ship it back to China, costing almost as much as the dress, and with no guarantee of a refund even though their policy says otherwise. Do NOT order from here!

Shoddy Business Practices
After buying a shirt for my son for Christmas, I keep getting emails that this company wrote an unverified review on my behalf. There is NO option to do anything about it except to hit a "Yes, that was me" button. This is ridiculous, unethical, and completely shoddy business practices. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again based on this issue.

I already did a review but the company said processing is 10 to 12 days or something like that and if that is the case why do they offer 2 to5 days expedited delivery for an extra charge? They know they can’t fullfill that so they are ripping people off knowingly.

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid for expedited shipping. Dress has not arrived and the customer service chat has been no help, they refuse to cancel the order and give a refund. Also charged an international fee that was not listed on invoice. Very disappointed with this FAKE company it seems. They also will not respond via email and there is not a customer service number listed. The company claims to be based in TX however items come from another country.

Correct dress, wrong color
I wish I read these reviews before ordering. First of all the reviews on their site are fake. I just posted one and it’s not showing up. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom in royal blue and paid extra for custom size I emailed them to confirm the color was correct bc the description of the dress was “pink lace dress”. They emailed me back confirming I ordered the royal blue. In three weeks the dress arrived in aqua. I’ve been trying to fix the issue for four days, losing valuable time, bc they cannot comprehend my issue. I’ve sent them screenshots of their own confirmation email. So if I don’t receive the correct dress I will get my money back through my credit card company. This company is not legit.
UPDATE: Apr. 9. I did receive a credit back fr my credit card company. They refused to accept my “return” bc it’s custom, although they were at fault. Do you see what I mean by their reply below? They are not sorry, believe me. I believe if you luck up and receive the correct dress all is well. If there’s a problem…you are out of luck. No customer service phone number…email takes atleast 2 days to respond. Live chat w someone who is not willing to solve your issue is your only option. Buyer beware.

If I could give NEGATIVE 0 Stars, I would! I placed an order on 3/14/2023. A mailing label was created on 4/1/2023 only after I sent numerous emails complaining. Parcel was never shipped. This company is a complete scam! I SUGGEST FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
