Legit site and is worth the wait!!
I was nervous at first because of all of the bad reviews, but I couldn’t be happier with my dress. Although it did take a while to get here (just under a month) it looks just like the picture and fits perfectly. Just be patient, you’ll receive a tracking link via email after several weeks, and it should get to your house another week or two after that. Thank you dressself!!

The website may be a scam
The website may be a scam! They provide no estimated delivery date and there is no way to contact anyone except email. I have sent numerous emails to get an estimate on when my dress will arrive and no one has answered. I’m giving them until next week and reporting it as a scam website.

Hi! I ordered from dressself for homecoming and loved my dress! It has been almost 2 weeks and my order hasn’t even shipped yet! It took around 4-5 days to ship for homecoming! Sent my dress to a random address…
UPDATE!! USPS and my bank opened an investigation on this company and determine them to be a scam!! It's a-shame you were caught scamming someone and couldn't just admit fault and return my money! Now you are being investigated and my money still WILL BE returned!!
They sent my dress to a random address in Utah. My address (located on the other side of the US) was clearly written on the shipping information. When I contacted them they told me to contact USPS. USPS delivers to the address that the company provides them therefore it is not their responsibility. It is not my responsibility as the customer who paid to track this dress down when the company is at fault. Still waiting for a resolution as this was purchased as my wedding dress and they will not confirm if they are going to quickly ship a new one OR refund my money so that I can purchase something from a legitimate company.

This is crazy! I am in my junior year of high school and I need a prom dress. I ordered from this website two dresses about a month ago. And they said they arrived at my house two weeks ago and I still have not heard anything about my dresses or seen them. I will be reporting this website because this is crazy. My step dad is a FBI agent and we will be looking into figuring out what this website really is. Why is there no call number so I can talk to someone. This needs to be fixed. I am pissed.

At the beginning of January, the delivery time of our website was adjusted, because it was the peak season, the delivery time was extended by 12-15 days longer than the original delivery time. I ordered a jacket and a sweatshirt for a Christmas gift. It took a little longer to get here. It was very cheaply made and runs very small. The jacket was so thin ( more like a blouse than a jacket and the sweatshirt was short waisted and too small as well. I emailed to return it for their” easy return” policy and guaranteed 100 % satisfaction. Wow! That was a joke! They sent me a return address to China and for my little 3 lb package to send it back was going to be 140!!! I checked fedx because it’s cheaper but It was 130.!!! I only paid 109. For my order! They offered me 20% back ($21) and I could keep it but it’s way too small and so cheaply made! Why would I want to do that? So you will get stuck if you want to return. It’s crazy how they can advertise it’s a USA company but force you to only be able to return to China although the address it was shipped from is Los Angeles Calif. I think they do this so you’ll just keep the items. They should just go ahead and say NO returns! Basically that’s what it is.

FAKE WEBSITE! Dressself steals pictures from small owned boutiques and sells knock off versions of the dress for under $200. I have heard countless stories of girls not even receiving a dress. I would NEVER put my credit card information on this website. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Yen a marre de commander sur des sites où on se pose même pas la question sur la fiabilité étant donné qu’il ressort sur Google et c’est que quand on a un problème qu’on va voir que tous les avis sont pas bons!! C’est des menteurs ils disent livraison max dix jours et c’est 3 semaines de livraisons après mon mariage du coup ce qui sert à rien! Politique de retour renvoi 7 jours avec un simple code pas d’étiquette avec code barre. Et frais coûte prix de la robe. Un remboursement en pourcentage à la tête propose de 10% pr moi je vois dans les commentaires 30% soit tu gardes ta robe reçu après l’école et et tu reçois 13€ .
C’est honteux que le consommateur ne soit pas protéger et fais face à de l’escroquerie comme ça .

Do not waste your time or money
The dress that I ordered claimed to ship within 24 hours. I paid extra to expedite shipping within 3-5 business days. What a waste! They did not ship for almost 2 weeks and then refused to refund me for the expedited shipping charge.

Horrible horrible company to work…
Horrible horrible company to work with.....horrible quality of dress....didn't fit right and even ordered a tad bigger. The color is WAY off from the pictures. Even after sending dress back the very next day I received still waiting weeks later and no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them unless you are POSITIVE you will keep the item!!!!

I ordered my homecoming dress from this website, paid EXTRA money for expedited shipping and i still have not received any updates on my dress and i ordered it more than a week ago. From my understanding, expedited shipping is supposed to ship 3-5 days after ordering. My homecoming is this coming weekend and if i don’t have this dress on time i’m going to be so devastated.

I went by the listed us warehouse in…
I went by the listed us warehouse in Richardson, Texas prior to placing an order. I did this after several reviews said they had not revived their order. The location was filled with Amazon boxes. A man came of the location and had no idea what Dresself was? If this is a legitimate business why list a false warehouse location. There is also no customer service number to call. Buyer Beware. Sometimes things are too good to be true.

Ordered a dress that stated it would ship in 24 hours and the shipping said 3-5 days....Ordered on Sept 12th...have been back and forth with customer service via email (about only way to reach out) and tried to cancel this order when it was obvious that a few days went by and the 24 hour ship wasn't going to happen. I was told they would refund if I cancelled before it shipped...the same day they told me that, I requested cancellation and the next day they marked the dress as shipped. That was a week ago and the dress has not shipped...when I track it only says "label created"....totally feel like this company did that just to avoid cancelling as I requested. I've reached out 3 times to request a full refund and no one has gotten back to me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible experience!!!
