Not used product yet but 1st order must have been used as a football at the mail depot - Bottles all wet with labels hanging off.
Phoned customer service and Holly arranged for another bottle to be sent FOC to make up for any loss.

Great Product
Initially the growth was slow didn’t see much change and saw lots of hair falling which i understand was part of the process, however after 2-3 months ive started seeing significant growth, my hair was becoming more thick. My hairline was slowly coming back however wasnt a noticeable different just a more defined hairline, I think this product is great however not perfect as it didn’t necessarily revive my hairline but I would 100% highly recommend

It is more than six weeks now
It is more than six weeks now , but did not see any hair growth, so quite frustrating. I am using your product oral finasteride and minoxidil with no efffect.

With oral finasteride and minoxidil, it typically takes around 3 to 6 months before noticeable improvements begin, as hair growth is a slow process. In some cases, the early stages can even include a temporary increase in shedding - this is a normal part of the hair cycle and often a sign the treatment is starting to take effect.

Initial purchase, jury still out
Have been using topical minoxidil with and without topical finasteride from various reputable clinics, with good results for the last 4/5 years. I bought 2 bottles of topical minoxidil inc finasteride from DrHair because I loved that it includes azelaic acid & caffeine and the price is great BUT initial impressions are that it doesn't absorb quickly, especially in areas with hair growth. It took an hour for the application to feel mostly dry and still left a greasy residue around hair follicles, with some of the liquid coming off on my fingers when I tested for asborption. I understand minoxodil will leave some residue but it's pointless if it's sat on the scalp and not being absorbed. The directions for 2 daily applications are also defunct, it's impossible to expect to wait an hour in the morning for it to dry before heading to work, meaning a single night time application is realistically likely (in the interest of impartiality I did purchase at least one product from a different company that almost zero absorption). Lastly, small details like the direction for 2 sprays when most men will need to apply on both temples and the crown are not thought through and are frankly a bit dissapointing. I really want to like this product but as genuine constructive critisism to the DrHair team, I think you have more work to do.

I made my first ever purchase with Dr Hair and all went swimmingly.
I was initially apprehensive because I'd never used this company before.
The ordering system is simple to use, the medical questionnaire made me feel like I was in safe hands.
My products arrived within like two days of the initial purchase which was brilliant.
Dr Hair is without a doubt the best value in comparison to other online pharmacies.
The only slight miscommunication I did have was the advertising of Loniten Minoxidil. The minoxidil product that was photographed for the website is the brand name version "Loniten Minoxidil 2.5mg"
So I assumed that I would be recieving that version, but instead, you actually receive a generic version of minoxidil. Which is fine, but I do wish that this was a bit more clear.
But other than that, I was still very happy with the purchase and will certainly be ordering more from Dr Hair in the future.
