Havent even got my product yet but the customer service is impeccable. Royal Mail messed up my delivery then the tracking went dead.

The product looks so shoddy and like it has been produced in a garden shed, its a con and terrible to do this to people that are in need and trying to regow hair. Avoid and use one of the trusted bigger brands

Amazing Results
I’ve been using spray mix for 6 months now and the results are amazing. I had a large bald patch on the top of my skull which has now been replaced by thick hair. I was doubtful when I first orders but the results have been fantastic. I would definitely recommend the product

Poor quality product
Poor packaging, poor labelling, lack of written instructions and poor quality spray mechanism gives me little confidence in this product!
I received my order very swiftly but was disappointed in the presentation of the product. I received 3 spray bottles loose in a jiffy bag without any boxes or instructions. The labeling on the bottle is limited to " spray as directed". The label on the bottle is poorly printed and blurred. There are no written instructions or safety advice.
The website for the product has no telephone number.
The most disappointing aspect is the spray mechanism which is stiff and has limited coverage.
I previously used Regaine- which has excellent packaging and printing, written safety instructions and a high quality spray bottle- which sprays effortlessly and covers the scalp very effectively.
I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product yet but I am left with little confidence in this product. It seems like someone has produced this in their garden shed with little thought given to its presentation!

I tried to send an email to you as soon as I got my product and the email said that when I opened the package the bottle had leaks and it was all in the package and there was most of it missing. I did send photos with emails but it seems that it has not come through

I have been using Dr Hair for awhile…
I have been using Dr Hair for awhile now, i can safely say the team is very efficient, the medications are as described and the customer support is great.
There was a little slip up on royal mail end around 6 months ago, from what i can recall Dr Hair shipped my order but Royal Mail were being slow and didnt update the tracking status, i contacted Dr Hair via email and the team told me they have contacted Royal Mail to get a response, Royal Mail never gave them a response, so out of the kindness of the company they told me they will reship the order straight away once i confirm that is what i want to be done, i checked one last time on the Royal Mail app before sending a reply and luckily it showed my parcel has been delivered successfully, i emailed Dr Hair to let them know the parcel has arrived and that there must of been some delays or errors with scanning the package, they were thrilled i got my order and apologized for the delay even though it wasn't there fault or wrongdoing.
This was the only issue i have ever had with Dr Hair (Royal Mail) and all of my other orders i have placed have arrived on time and as described.
I recommend this company to anyone that is having difficulties with hair loss.
I also want to mention so people are not confused as i have seen in previous reviews is that the consumer / buyer states "product does not work, tried for a month no results"
With Hair Loss treatment it takes a little while before you see improvements, you will see improvements within one year, it is not a product you can use for a month and think you will magically have a full head of hair, the science doesn't work like that, so please before leaving any negative reviews, do some research about how to use the product / products and understand it take time for them to work, you will also see at the start of using the product your hair will go through a "shedding" phase, this is where you loose a little bit of your hair so your new strong hair follicles can grow out, so do not be worried if you see hair loss within the first 3 months of using the products, it is actually normally a good sign, its showing the products are working how they should.

Just 2 sprays per dose?
The ordering process was simple and the overall price was competitive compared to my previous topical finasteride and minoxidil prescriptions. However, the spray on the bottle gives a narrow burst of the product and you can only use 2 sprays each time. But if you’re thinning on the crown and hairline you need a minimum of 3 sprays. This has left me confused, am I supposed to choose between my hairline and crown? There is only 60ml of the stuff in each bottle so it’s not like you can over use it to cover more areas of the head. This is different from my previous prescriptions from other companies where the product is nicely packaged with full instructions of how to use it and the effect of each active ingredient. I don’t think these bottles even have any ingredients displayed on them.
