I keep expecting the expected to happen
I've had the motionciser for about a month, and as long as it keeps my feet moving, I'm not really bothered about what it's suppose to do. But there are a couple of things I need to mention. If like me your overweight and male, it can be a strain on the hips trying to keep your knees together so I have to strap mine down. Secondly, if you tend to slouch while sitting down (obviously) the machine slowly slides forward. Other than that, and its only my opinion, but because of the vibration movement, i keep expecting it to break down, so with that in mind i dont think it's really worth £200.

Het apparaat voldoet goed. Echter na otvangst bleek datik een verkeerde flacon had om te sprayen.
Ik zou een andere flacon toegestuurd krijgen.
Nog steeds niet ontvangen.

I purchsed the back or belt support, I only use few times and it started leak and it did not hold the air anymore, I contacted the DR-HO'S company for suggestion, they asked for recipt that I did not have it but I have the product with proff of defect, they said that we can sell a new one with10% off, I toll them I would never buy your product again and this is a scam, please buy your similar products somewhere else.

Retour melding
Heb mijn retour aangemeld en bevestigd gekregen, Daarna niets meer gehoord over de verdere afhandeling. Vrijdagmiddag om 15,40 uur gebeld, kreeg te horen dat ze al gesloten waren! Inmiddels retour ook aangemeld bij Riverty. Ben benieuwd hoe lang een en ander nog duurt. Reden van retour was dat het apparaat niet werkte.Er waren ook geen batterijen meegeleverd dus ik heb er zelf maar een paar bijgedaan.
In een telefonisch contact op 2 februari alles uitgepraat. Achteraf alles toch prima opgelost.

I bought this neck device and the pump….
I bought this neck device and the pump hose got all dried up and it broke in several places , it’s not useful anymore. I wasted my money. This is the second one I bought and with the same result , a friend of mine had the same experience. I wonder if dr Ho’s company will send me another one . I bought it about 2 years ago and all the pump hoses are all dried up and breaking, not a good material.i gave pictures if you want to see it.
That’s exactly what I mentioned, I bought the neck air pump device to help me with neck pain. The device that you inflate and it stretches your neck and keep it together, I bought the first one it worked fine and months later when I used it again the black rubber hose from that inflates the device was all dried up . Then I when to the store to get a second one and again , about a year later the same thing happened, it was all dried and broken useless . I can send pictures of it .
I’m wasting my money with this product.
