I went to Dr Kerim first when he worked as a surgeon with comfort zone , I had 360 lip. The experience was not bad however when the swelling settled my stomach was very uneven and pockets of fat etc. I went back and he did fix one fat pocket but it actually made it look worse. At the same time I have cheek lift mini rhino plasty and cat eye surgery. The nose I was happy with but the cheek and eye lift basically just went back to normal after a few weeks, even worse as the downward pointing scars made my eyes look more droopy. I have text multiple times on all platforms and I never received a response. I spent nearly 8 thousand on my last visit and he doesn’t even have the decency to respond to address the issue. Avoid as he will not reply for corrections

From the second we arrived at the airport the transfer staff were amazing, get to the hospital to be greeted by the angle nurse Nur and her lovely team of nurses that looked after me throughout, meet Dr kerim and after talking about what I wanted to achieve he made my dreams come true! I can’t thank all the staff enough for the amazing aftercare and support I have had! Thank you.

I enthusiastically recommend this clinic! The entire team was incredibly kind and supportive. They are simply the best in the world!🩷🩷🩷

Après de longues recherches pour trouver un chirurgien, on m’a vivement recommandé celui-ci. Je suis arrivée le 21/11/2024 pour être opérée le 22/11/2024.
La prise en charge a été rapide, avec une infirmière très gentille mais qui ne parlait ni français ni anglais, ce qui a rendu la communication très difficile.

Par la suite, j’ai rencontré Nour, la meilleure infirmière que j’ai pu croiser : humaine, professionnelle, rassurante. Heureusement qu’elle était là, car d’autres infirmières sentent la cigarette et donnaient l’impression de se moquer de moi.

🔹 Avant l’opération

Le 22 au matin, l’équipe de chirurgiens est venue m’évaluer.
J’ai expliqué très clairement ce que je voulais et surtout ce que je ne voulais pas.
Tout semblait simple à ce moment-là.

Une fois le paiement effectué, tout est allé très vite, trop vite.

🔹 Bloc opératoire et réveil

Je suis partie au bloc plutôt rassurée, mais le réveil a été très compliqué (ce qui peut être normal après une anesthésie).
Le problème est qu’après l’opération, je n’ai plus eu aucune nouvelle de l’équipe de chirurgiens. Aucun suivi, aucune explication.
Encore une fois, seule Nour était présente pour m’aider.

J’ai dû être transfusée de deux poches de sang, et au lieu de me rassurer, les infirmières m’ont angoissée encore plus.
Le chirurgien ne s’est même jamais présenté à moi.

On ressent clairement que lorsque vous n’êtes pas Turque, vous n’êtes pas considéré de la même manière.

🔹 Résultats et séquelles

J’ai mis un an avant d’écrire cet avis, pour prendre du recul et choisir mes mots.
On m’a retiré de la graisse au niveau des genoux, alors que je ne l’avais jamais demandé.
Depuis, je ressens encore des décharges / coups de jus à l’intérieur du genou.

Je les ai contactés à mon retour :
• soit aucune réponse,
• soit des réponses vagues, sans aucun suivi.

Concernant les drains : c’était une horreur. En France, pour une lipo, on n’en met pas du tout, donc le choc a été énorme.

🔹 Un an après : je dois tout refaire

Aujourd’hui, après un an, je ne suis absolument pas satisfaite du résultat.
Je suis obligée de refaire ma chirurgie en France.

On pense faire des économies en partant à l’étranger, mais au final on ne gagne rien : ni en argent, ni en santé, ni en tranquillité.

Je déconseille fortement ce chirurgien et ce centre.

J’espère que mon témoignage aidera d’autres personnes à réfléchir avant de se déplacer.

the procedure was undergone in a hospital setting not a clinic which felt much more safe. The consulation process was very thorough and the care i received from Nurse Nur and Dr Kerim was excellent

i was updated with all stages of the operation of breast uplift and implant and the afyer care was super! I was seen daily following my discharge and given excellent after care advice at every single stage

the only downside to the whole procedure was the hotel setting was beautiful but in the evening the noise was so bad i found it hard to sleep due to the traffic noise but that’s a small price to pay for the confidence i have with my new body

I have recently had check Lift temporal Lift and Browlift by Dr. Bilgehan I can’t recommend him or his team enough, the aftercare and support I received was amazing! If you have a worry or you need advice you can just send a WhatsApp. I have never before experienced such a friendly doctor as Dr. Bilgehan.🙏🏻🙏🏻 I would especially like to thank Nurse Nur she was always there for me and made sure I felt comfortable. Dr kerim was amazing! Helpful throughout and was super lovely! Definitely recommend dr kerim and his team

I'm from New Zealand and had a necklift and upper blepharoplasty done by Dr Kerim a year ago. He was so lovely with a very calm energy. My necklift is AMAZING! Like the surgeons in Turkey do not compare to the surgeons in New Zealand. It's amazing what a snatched jawline can do! I look so much younger now. There is a slight difference between my eyes with the shape of how he cut my eyelids which give a different shape eyelid to each eye, but it's something I only notice and no one else and they still look amazing! I have one amazing scar around my ear that you can barely see, my other scar ended up healing raised but that's my body doing that and isn't the surgeons fault. Dr Kerim's wife was lovely too. Things you might want to know that you might not be used to is - You wake up with a catheter in. In my country depending on the surgery you don't always have this happen. I wasn't told this would happen so I wasn't really mentally prepared for anyone to be doing anything in that area. It would be nice to be warned about this so just letting everyone reading this, know what to expect.
You will be so snatched that for a few days you might not be able to chew food. That's how you know your results will be amazing haha. Try get yoghurt from the shop before you go into surgery.
I was black and blue! I looked like I had been beaten up so bad with the bruising from day 3 for ages but don't freak out, it will all go eventually. But I stayed bruised for over a month. Having said that I had zero pain except for maybe the first hour of waking up from surgery, I felt pain in the back of my head where the drains were. It went away once they gave painkillers. Other than that I had no pain the whole time.
When I was about to leave hospital on the 2nd day I was asked by a nurse if she could record a video of me to post on their social media and I was soooo swollen and didn't feel like being on camera that day and I said no. But she kept pressuring me into saying yes and I caved and did it. So just remember to keep saying no if you don't feel like being on video.
But Dr Kerim is amazing at what he does and I'm so happy with my results.

I have recently had rhinoplasty by Dr.kerim, I can’t recommend him or his team enough, the aftercare and support I received was amazing! If you have a worry or you need advice you can just send a WhatsApp message and you have a reply without waiting! The nursing team are also very supportive and nothing is too much trouble!
I would highly recommend Dr.Kerim and his team in the future!😃

My experience was extremely positive from how everything overall was handled with pick up, drop off, hospital stay down to Dr Karim himself! He was great, super professional and easy to talk to. The head nurse Noor was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my recovery esp since I flew in on my own. 10/10 would recommend and def will be going back :)

I had my rhinoplasty and eye surgery 1year ago now. Very unhappy with the outcome
Mr Kerim did not listen to me and my request in consultation.
He has done the opposite of what I ask for and done what I didn’t ask for….
I still have bump on my nose, it’s very pointy and pokes out loads. The shape is not very good at all….i have tried to bring this up but get ignored.
My eyes are still not good 1year later, red marks round them. He didn’t do very good job I still have hooded eyes as-well.
Also when I took the tape off my eyes
He had taped 3 eye lashes poking straight into my eye ball causing a cyst and eyes to be very sore. I had to seek medical treatment elsewhere and they are still not healed.

Not very good, they take your money then are not bothered after if there is a problem

I was recommended to do to Blanc surgery by a few friends and after doing some research I decided to go to dr karim Ünal , this was my second boob surgery and wanted uplift and implants and a natural look and to go a bit smaller. I got exactly what I wanted . The whole team and nurses was so helpful and re assuring. Nurse Nur was such a sweetheart and continued to keep contact with me in the uk while I was healing and giving me re assurance and advise when I was worried. Ich wurde im Mai 2024 von Dr. Kerim Ünal operiert. Vorab ist es wichtig zu verstehen, dass Operationen in der Türkei meist nicht in einem privaten Krankenhaus des Arztes stattfinden, sondern in einem städtischen Krankenhaus, in dem verschiedene Ärzte tätig sind. Die Qualität des Pflegepersonals hängt daher nicht direkt mit dem behandelnden Arzt zusammen.

Mein Krankenzimmer war modern und großzügig. Das Pflegepersonal war unterschiedlich – einige sehr freundlich, andere weniger hilfsbereit oder sprachen kaum Englisch. Das ist zwar leider häufig so in türkischen Krankenhäusern, sollte sich aber dennoch verbessern. Inwiefern Dr. Ünal hier Einfluss nehmen kann, lässt sich schwer beurteilen.

Am Tag der Operation hatte ich ein Gespräch mit Dr. Ünal, das etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten dauerte. Wir sind den Eingriff detailliert durchgegangen. Auch seine Frau, die Teil seines Teams ist, habe ich als sympathisch und engagiert erlebt.

Geplant war bei mir ein Tummy Tuck in Kombination mit einer Liposuktion am Bauch, an den Armen und am Rücken. Leider wurde die Liposuktion am Bauch nicht durchgeführt, obwohl dies so vereinbart und auch abgerechnet worden war. Das war für mich enttäuschend – besonders, da es sich um eine kostenintensive Leistung handelte. Die Liposuktionen an Armen und Rücken wurden hingegen ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt.

Trotz dieser Einschränkung bin ich insgesamt mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden: Die Narbenheilung verlief sehr gut, und das ästhetische Ergebnis entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Nachsorge im Hotel: Alle zwei Tage wurde ich von Assistentinnen des Arztes besucht, die Verbände wechselten, Kompressionskleidung anpassten und auf Wunsch (gegen Aufpreis) auch Lymphdrainagen durchführten. Dieses Maß an Betreuung findet man so in Deutschland selten.

Insgesamt bewerte ich meine Erfahrung mit Dr. Kerim Ünal als größtenteils positiv. Abzüge gibt es für die nicht durchgeführte Liposuktion am Bauch und die verbesserungswürdige Kommunikation rund um diesen Punkt. Wer in der Türkei eine Schönheits-OP in Erwägung zieht, sollte sich über das Kliniksystem im Vorfeld gut informieren – dann lassen sich viele Missverständnisse vermeiden.

I can’t fault the clinic and Dr Karim Unal and all his staff also the nurse appointed to watch over me when I had my surgery Nurse Nur from start to finish some of the most friendliest informative doctors and nurses I have ever seen. I arrived at the hospital on the 9th June and had my surgery on 10th June and am the happiest I have been in a long time and can feel the old confident me coming back already and I love it I will 100 percent recommend them to people and will be going back to him myself again very soon thank you again Dr Karim Unal and Blanc Surgery Aesthetic you gave me life again

The whole experience from getting picked up from the airport n driver was very polite n always on time n my nurse was amazing n so helpful n my doctor was amazing to for giving me the boobs I've always wanted n they were all very kind n communication was excellent between me nurse n doctors the only thing I didn't like was the food

Had such a good experience from start to finish with Dr Kerim he is amazing at what he does feel so lucky to have found him and excited for my final result post op
