I am just over 2 weeks post surgery.. and I’m soo happy with my results soo far. I had 360 lipo, an extended tummy tuck and a bbl. Dr Kerim and he’s team always make me feel safe and reassure me on any concerns I may have. This is my second time going to Dr Kerim, I went to him the first time last October for breast implants, I was soo happy with my results.. I would only ever use Dr Kerim for any surgeries I may have in the future. Nurse Nur is amazing.she always looks after me so well, any issues I have she always makes me feel safe and reassures me.

Awful experience.
It’s been 6 months since the surgery. I don’t think he is a doctor…the results are asymmetrical, bumpy and uneven . Seems a 5years old work.
I have to redo everything.
The nurses have a serious lack of empathy ( one of them laughed so hard when I was screaming in pain when I wake up from anesthesia-the blonde, short hair, mean face… the head of the nurses I think. Nurse Nur was attentive&helpfull only if you paid her,; also she does not know how to make a medication.
The only extremely professional &empathetic was nurse Efna 💞but unfortunately I had her only on the night shift.
I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this “doctor”. Unfortunately I was catfished by the unrealistic foto on his ig page but the reality is another one.

I had high hopes when I chose Dr. Kerim Ünal for my surgery, which included 360 liposuction, a breast reduction and lift with implants, buccal fat removal, and double chin lipo. Sadly, this experience has been one of the biggest regrets of my life — not just because of the poor results, but because of the way I was treated before and after surgery.

My breast lift outcome has been the most emotionally distressing. My nipples are placed far too high, nearly up to my neckline, making it impossible to wear anything comfortably without them being visible. On top of that, the scarring is very bad and clearly noticeable, far from the clean or subtle result I was told to expect. The 360 lipo also turned out bumpy and uneven — another major disappointment I now have to live with.

The clinic’s behavior throughout was very transactional and lacked any real compassion. From the start, they were pushy about getting me to leave a 5-star review. I genuinely wanted to leave a great review — if only the results had turned out well. Instead, they rushed the experience and focused more on appearances than genuine patient care.

During my stay, there was a night nurse (I believe named Adat) who clearly didn’t want to be there. When I was crying in pain and emotional distress, she showed absolutely no empathy or concern. It was a heartbreaking moment to feel that alone and unsupported.

I even privately paid my nurse, Nur, to come in the evening to provide a lymphatic massage, which at the time I appreciated. Sadly, like everyone else at the clinic, she also began ignoring my messages afterward.

When I reached out to the clinic with my concerns and requests for corrective surgery, they completely ignored me. I tried from two different numbers and my social media — no response. They only responded when I messaged from unknown numbers, until they realized it was me, and then they stopped replying again. This kind of selective avoidance is unacceptable and incredibly disheartening.

I’m writing this not out of anger, but from a place of hurt and disappointment. I would never recommend this clinic or Dr. Kerim Ünal to anyone. You deserve a medical team that not only delivers safe, high-quality results, but also treats you with empathy and respect — during and after your surgery. Sadly, I experienced none of that.

Anfang April habe ich eine BBL-Behandlung sowie eine Brustvergrößerung durchführen lassen. Leider kann ich das Team um Dr. Ünal nur eingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation vor Ort war äußerst unstrukturiert und unprofessionell. Nach meiner Ankunft im Krankenhaus – einen Tag vor der Operation – wurde ich in einen Abstellraum geführt, in dem hastig Fotos gemacht und die Verträge zur Unterschrift vorgelegt wurden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sah ich keinen Arzt und erhielt keinerlei Informationen zum weiteren Ablauf.

Am nächsten Morgen um 9 Uhr fand ein kurzes Beratungsgespräch mit dem Arzt statt, das nicht länger als 10 Minuten dauerte. Direkt im Anschluss wurde ich operiert – ein vertrauensvoller und transparenter Umgang sieht für mich anders aus.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Nichterfüllung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen: Eine geplante Fettabsaugung an den Beinen wurde nicht durchgeführt, stattdessen lediglich eine Straffung – trotzdem erfolgte die vollständige Berechnung.

Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich den Arzt lediglich zweimal gesehen. Die Krankenschwester hingegen war sehr bemüht und engagiert, was ich ausdrücklich positiv hervorheben möchte. Die hygienischen Zustände im Krankenzimmer waren hingegen unzureichend – es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Handtücher, die ich erst anfordern musste.

Leider musste ich erneut operiert werden, da eine Narbe sich nicht richtig geschlossen hatte. Auch hier fehlte es an Aufklärung – alles verlief wieder in wenigen Minuten ohne fundierte Informationen. Die Narbe am inneren Oberschenkel ist optisch sehr unsauber und erinnert eher an eine grob vernähte Wunde. Zudem leide ich aktuell unter starken Wassereinlagerungen und einer geöffneten Naht, die nun zuhause behandelt werden muss.

Nach meiner Abreise gab es keinerlei ärztliche Nachfrage zum Heilungsverlauf oder meinem Allgemeinzustand. Der einzige positive Aspekt war die freundliche Krankenschwester sowie die Organisation von Transfer und An- bzw. Abreise.

I went to blanc surgery for a breast uplift with implants, was the best decision I’ve made! Can I just add nurse nerr is the most beautiful kind hearted person I have met! 1 day after surgery was an earthquake to which nurse nerr made sure we was all okay and helped us with everything and really took care of us all, she has such a big heart❤️ my scars are absolutely fine so I don’t know what some of the 1 star reviews are about. With surgery you need to listen to the aftercare and if you don’t listen and don’t do what you are supposed to do you won’t have the best results!
I’m nearly 2 weeks post op, my scars are very thin! I’m healing absolutely fine and my experience was great! Everywhere you will go to has bad reviews, don’t let the bad reviews put you off, and if you listen to the aftercare instructions you will be left with amazing results! Thankyou blanc surgery!

I have had surgery with dr.Kermin Unal I was really pleased with the results. All the staff were so friendly and made the experience so much better for me as I felt really comfortable and looked after.

I recommend staying longer duration in Istanbul, especial if you come from long distance for a more comfortable experience. Sometimes it can be daunting feeling like you aren't physically capable for the long journey home when youve just had a procedure so definitely stay longer.

I am two weeks post op Rhinoplasty, I still have swelling which is normal but can already see the results beginning to show & all looks well and exactly what I asked for.

The consultation with Dr Kerim was very insightful and he was very honest about was achievable during my surgery and explained how the nose needed to fit the face - it is not just a case of creating a new nose it is altering/refining your current nose. I asked for narrower bridge and only slight upturn of the tip, Dr Kerim pointed out I had excess cartdlige currently in my tip which he removed during the surgery - I'm looking forward to seeing it healed and if it looks like my table photos I will be super happy!!

The experience from booking to arriving and leaving was all fab, Dr Kerim and his whole team where great.

My friend also came and had surgery but she used Dr Bilgehan (another surgeon from Blanc) she had some complications with her tummy tuck but the service & after care recieved was second to none, the team went above & beyond to ensure her safety and correct issues. (The issues where also no fault of the surgeon)

We had to extend our stay by a few days to allow her longer time before flying home, we where offered to stay in the hospital or go to the hotel which we chose to go to the hotel we where not charged any extra for this longer stay and we where seen by the surgeons and nurses every single day we where there - honestly could not fault the after care from the team at Blanc Surgery.

My friends tummy tuck scar is extremely neat & healing perfectly.

My nose appears to be healing fine, I have slight swelling but understand this is completely normal for this time line of recovery. I am looking forward to the end results, its important to remember Rhinoplasty is a LONG recovery until your final results show.

This was the 2nd visit for surgery with Dr Kerim, I wouldn’t use another surgeon anywhere. He cares and he also comes to visit you more than once to make sure you are okay. It was lovely to meet his wife and new team always chatty and around daily. The hospital the main nurse Nur worked her butt off made sure everything was ok couldn’t ask for a better nurse. I did think there was a language barrier with the other nurses that worked there but this would wouldn’t ever put me off, I felt safe at the hospital the food wasn’t great at all but nurse Nur will order you fruit or any snacks that will get delivered to your room. My sister in law had surgery also, we had a laugh thank you for having us

Nach dem OP 2 Tage im Krankenhaus geblieben es war schrecklich linke Hand 6 mal gestochen Die haben meine Vene nicht gefunden Was ich komisch finde, Bei mir war immer sehr leicht zu finden ,Diese Krankenhaus die Krankenschwester dort Alle waren sehr unfreundlich Die Krankenschwester sind einfach ins Zimmer gekommen kein klopfen kein Hallo, kein tschau sind wieder rausgegangen Tür bammmmmm,, Wenn man was gebraucht, hat mindestens 5/7min warten sollte bis jemand in Zimmer gekommen ist, nach 2 Tage ich könnte in diese Krankenhaus mit diese Leute nicht mehr bleiben Wollte unbedingt Hotel gehen , Weil Hotel war auch dabei gebucht, naja ich bin Hotel gegangen und jeden Tag würde ich abgeholt bis krankenhaus für Untersuchung,, Auf jeden Fall danach bin ich erkältet und natürlich ich war in einem fremden Land Ich wusste nicht, wo Apotheke ist ich kann kein Türkisch reden Ich dachte, die können sowas für uns erledigen mein Gesicht war angeschwollen mein Augen Ich hatte Fieber 38,5. Ich hab mich ganze Zeit gezittert Ich hab denen gebettelt die sollen mein Blutdruck messen, Fieber messen aber nein wurde nichts gemacht ich bin selber im Apotheke gegangen und denen angegebettelt, ob die mein Fieber messen können und mein Blutdruck,, sehr krank, sehr erkältet mit Fieber,die haben uns 6 Stunde vorher im Flughafen gefahren und wir würden einfach nur vorne gelassen ich finde es einfach nur schrecklich sowas Ich hab ganze Zeit nur geweint und gebettelt Gott, ich hoffe komme ich wieder gesund zu Hause ,also ich hab es definitiv was besseres erwartet,

overall a fantastic experience. having surgery in turkey with all the bad press causes alot of anxiety, my anxiety was wild throughout my stay, however being 3 weeks post op I can say all of my thoughts and fears were totally unnecessary. I flew to turkey on my own. was picked up on time. taken 8pm to the hospital , signed all paper work, had photos taken, this nurse didn't speak English but had very nice mannerisms about her and we used translate to communicate.
I signed about 20 pages without actually reading them is my one and only issues with my whole experience. I basically signed my life away over 20 pages with my signature and wasnt given a chance to read it, soon as it was signed the document left the room. I was taken to the my room in the hospital . the nurse took blood and I was able to sleep. the noise outside the hospital is crazy loud, if your a light sleeper bring sleeping aid. I had to ask for wifi but it was given no issues, worked fine on my phone.
6am the nurse came in to dress me for surgery, I got back in bed, 8am someone came in again, about 930am I get woken up by DR KERIM and his team, dr Kerim talked me through what I had asked for, the benefits of each procedure, offered me alternatives also, I felt no pressure and I felt in safe hands after being marked up. I counted cash infront of dr so I could confirm I had paid all I didn't let them take it before it being confirmed by me and dr it was all there. I didn't ever feel unsafe in the hospital, people came in and out of my room but never did I think my security or personal items at risk. I was taken down, also I dont actually have any proof dr Kerim did my surgery, he wasn't there at all before, wasn't there when I was out to sleep so, there was about 30 people in and out of all the operating rooms downstairs it was very busy. I didn't see or hear dr Kerim at all so technically could have been another surgeon.
I woke up in extreme pain on my temples, I asked for painkillers, given immediately , along with sleeping aid, and I basically slept for 3 days in the hospital. I was fed, medicated, eyes washed, watered. Any time I pressed the call bell they were in within 90 seconds. nurse nur was fantastic she’s the only person who spoke English on the ward but with a bit of sign language the other nurses were helpful. I was checked on the next day by his assistant surgeon of any questions. day before I left I saw Kerim and he said all was good. Dropped off to airport super early with all my medication. I messaged the helpline a few times and their response time is good. Flew back no issues. 3 weeks post op, Ive been in no pain, swollen and tight of course. No painkillers after 7 days. No issues with stitches. im healing well, my scars are perfect , well stitched. Overall my experience from start to finish has been great. Im happy with my 3 weeks post op results and still healing now.
