Very bad customer service. They have the option of card payment but once the item arrives they will reject it and take the additional 5 QAR for them and u are forced to pay by cash.

worst service
worst service. I bought item online but they delivered wrong one. Then i just requested for refund they said it will be refunded maximum 5 days. Its been 20 days still i didnt receive my refund even i follow up many times.

Website records ever single thing you do - illegal invasion of privacy
Unacceptable misuse of your personal data.
I was casually browsing their website, not logged in, not adding anything to cart. Yet, the moment I close the website, I get a whatsapp message to my personal number with my name and the exact products I was looking at - asking me to buy.
I was speechless. Worst invasion of my privacy I have ever seen. I will never shop with them again

Being one of the regular customer but finally i got scammed by doctor nutrition their Salesmans are scammers as they scammed me .they offer me package which i refused so many times but he insisted to buy it so i can pick any 20 products from the shop he tried to convince me showing if u will this offer u will be able to get any 20 product giving an example see this 5 hundreds dirhams u will get only in 200 hundreds dirhams and for 3500 hundreds dirhams offer u will be able to buy 8 to 10 thousands dirhams products well bla bla he didn't say it's categories u he mentioned u can take anything from the shop my girlfriend ask so many times everything Mr sofyaan from al ghurair center shop some how scammed me and sell me that offer for 3500 hundreds dirhams.
But when it's come to take the protein i pick up the iso pure he said no u have to pay i said u guys told me that i can pick any 20 products from shops then he said no only u can 20 laperva products so then they start to categories it the things.
Buying Laperva u always can have offers because they keep prices high and give the offers to the right prices so it will attract customers to buy which i already knows because for Laperv brand one of my friend get always offer half price.
Be careful guys don't get scammed like me they are so pushy to sell that

I ordered a product that wasn’t in stock, and the company failed to inform me. It took 2 weeks to get my money back, with no proactive communication or accountability. Unacceptable service — I won’t be ordering from them again.

Dr Nutrition is unable to get items to anyone due the fact they cannot ship through known shippers. Items have been on order since last month and haven't recieved. Being in Bahrain and DRN is in UAE this is unacceptable. Should avoid shopping with them online. Mall stores as well only have limited items available. Avoid them, go to iherb instead

I registered with Dr. Nutrition on August 29th For six months. The nutritionist told me that their program would help me lose 6 to 12 kilos. I have a problem with hormones. My weight was 65.5. There are three weeks left on my subscription. Until now the desired result is NOT achieved yet!!!!

Fradulent company
Fradulent company, if you checked reviews here before making an online order - you are lucky to be steered away, as many people were scammed as I were unfotunately.
The company provided me with flase tracking details and kept stalling for over 2 weeks... The carrier they claim to deal with confirmed they NEVER sent any product! Only then (16 days later) they admitted to not sendig/processing the order. They also refused to process a refund. Pay at your own risk, you have been warned buddy...
(Btw; they only communicate over WhatsApp and not email, nor do they send any updates after you pay, you will keep reaching out to follow-up and be lied to..)

Delay delay worst experience ever
I placed an order 10 days ago and have been in constant contact with customer service, who repeatedly promised delivery each day but never followed through. It feels like they are making excuses and not valuing their customers. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
