Dr Sam’s products are really effective I would not use anything else. You get what you pay for. I love the lip tint and intensive moisturiser. I have been using Dr Sam’s for years now

Unfortunately, my parcel hasn’t arrived and I contacted the customer service team. However, there seems to be a lack of urgency or want to sort this out. I keep talking to different people about the situation and they said they’re looking into it with the courier but at the moment it seems like they don’t want to be doing anything about it. It came to almost £500 worth of items that I’m worried is lost and I won’t get my money back or the products. Please please please sort this out.

I needed some subscription items earlier than anticipated. I was able to go into my account, split orders and Order Now those particular items. The renewal dates were then automatically updated. There is also an option to update the frequency which I may do. The items were received within 3 working days. Follow up emails giving advice on how to use the products and 'layering' technique was very helpful. Great service, great products!

Dr Sam’s clarity products have cleared up my daughter’s skin. After being sent from pillar to post by lots of people over five years this kit has cleared it all up. She’s so happy.

I’ve been using dr Sam’s for about 3 years and I loveeeeee the products. The flawless intense moisturiser as such a fantastic barrier repair. The customer service is also great. I knocked my cleanser off my sink and the pump broke, I emailed to see if I could order just the pump and within minutes a replacement was in the post along side a lovely email. Thank you ✨

Excellent products, smooth subscription service that's easy to edit and cancel etc. I have used for years, the vitamin c serum is unrivalled and everyone should use it! They also don't bombard you with emails trying to get you to buy more and more which I appreciate

I have been using Dr Sam for over two years. I am an older woman who suffered with severe acne in my younger days and frequent breakouts ever since. However, since using Dr Sam breakouts have been few and far between. My skin will never be perfect but has been greatly improved. I only wish I could have had access to these products 45 years ago! Furthermore my husband, who suffers with cracked and dry skin on his hands, is a huge advocate for the hand cream and won’t permit me to buy anything else.

I love this brand and I truly won't use another cleanser as this has helped repair my skin barrier and reduce acne. I have sensitive skin and have been looking for the right brand that won't aggravate it for years and Dr. Sam's is perfect. I also received some amazing customer care from the team from Samantha. So reassuring when a brand has real humans on the team and cares for their customers. Thank you!

My go to skincare now and I don’t think I will go back. I’m 28 and suffered from breakouts due to Australians hard water, but the cleanser and moisturiser is helping me maintain my skin being clear.

Customer service is also great! I’m on the subscription now but due to some unexpected financial difficulty, they have managed to update my next billing/ shipping to my chosen date. I have only had my first delivery on the cycle that is outlined when signing up for the subscription, so wasn’t sure if they’d do that. Luckily they were really helpful and accommodated my needs☺️
