I have always had a great experience with customer care, I can email them knowing I get a response right away from someone and they are always willing to help with any concerns or questions I might have. I've had to reach out a few times already for random questions like shipping and recurring orders that I have pushed back or needed to expedite and so far they always help me and have great insights. Very friendly and professional customer care. Not to mention I love the products and quality.

On the delivery side, this is via Royal Mail, which is always my preferred choice as items are delivered on time, and in addition you are able to easily track via the email which Dr Sam's sends when the items are shipped.

Used cleanser and NAD+ moisturiser.
Alright products, didn't notice they caused any additional breakouts, but didn't see much improvement either with dry skin, texture, acne reduction.

My skin continued to have it's fluctuations throughout 2 moisturisers and 1 cleanser, had good and bad weeks, irrespective of the products.

Packaging is absolutely miserable on both products. You have around 15% of cleanser stuck on the bottom and sides, as it is thick you can't really pump it out unless you add water, which is not too bad. Moisturiser packaging is the worst, as you get closer to finishing product, no matter how slow and gently you squeeze, the cream just splatters and too much product comes out. I wasted so much product, it is very annoying as it is already too expensive for what it is.

I have been using the Flawless Intense moisturiser and Flawless cleanser for the last six months, these products are truly amazing for my skin!!! After suffering with severe dry flaky skin that was also very angry, red and reactive when using numerous other brands on the market, Dr Sam Bunting is the only brand that has calmed my skin! My once reactive, dry, eczema prone skin has been so so normal and clear whilst feeling smooth, soft and hydrated!
I highly recommend these two products.

I have been using Dr Sam products for well over 6 years now, and I truly would never use anything else for my skin care. I used to breakout but I can use all of these products without any issues. I bought the flawless moisturiser, it has a lovely consistency, gives a really nice glow to the skin without being greasy. I love that you get free samples with your purchases, I got the gossamer tint 02, and now I’m about to order a full size. I honestly recommend this brand to everyone. Fast delivery, I ordered Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning. Thank you as always

I made an order (#S868637) from Italy, this site dispatch from UK but they pay in advance custom fees and duties, so there is not additional costs for us (the customers). In my experience the shipping took long, around 10 days and i had severe problems with the exchange between EVRI courier and the local partner courier (GLS Italy), but i would like to mention that Samantha from Dr. Sam customer service provided an excellent customer service, kept up with me, assisted me and was always prompt and quick to respond. The hassle i had was purely with the horrible courier (both EVRI and GLS Italy) the brand itself is a good brand with a 5 stars customer service. Would buy from them again and would recommend to everyone to do so.

I have been a customer of Dr Sam’s for a few years, on multiple regular subscriptions of their products. I had some issues with one of their new product so I reached out as asked for advice. I regularly use Dr Sam cleanser, intense moisturiser and the spf and absolutely love the products. However, recently I tried the flawless serum and it caused a reaction to my skin as I have sensitive skin. The customer care I received was second to none and they have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues I had. Their products really are the best if you have any dermal issues but be careful to avoid some actives. I will stick to Dr Sam products that I know work well for me.

Really great customer service. I was billed for an order subscription that I wasn't aware was being renewed. Reached out to the team, who advised that I should return the items once delivered. Was disappointed that I would still need to pay postage. Once the return was received, they refunded me for the whole order, even though I kept 1 item and returned 1 item. Thanks for the good will gesture!
