I love this skincare - it’s the first whole system skincare I’ve used and has made such a difference to my skin - I especially love the brightly and nightly duo !

I have been using Dr Sam's range ever since first visiting her in clinic in 2018. I have exclusively used Dr Sam's products (I use almost all of them) ever since and my skin has been transformed (as is the case for the countless friends I have recommended her range to!). I used to feel very self-conscious about not wearing make up and now (eight years later) it is now rarer for me to wear make up! Not only are the products fantastic but the customer service is superb, delivery prompt and the loyalty program is the best out of all the brands I use regularly, offering meaningful and frequent benefits and money off for repeat use. I could not recommend the range and the customer service team highly enough, and strongly encourage anybody who is hesitating to give the brand a go! I would like to mention Derick and Jelena in customer service as being especially helpful - thank you!

Clear website, good product information, transparency about shipping costs and taxes, easy and quick checkout, good information about order status and shipping status.

I think these products are great as someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin. After using Dr Sam’s for 4 years, I’ve only ever had 1 small issue with my order that was corrected immediately! Customer support team could not be more helpful!!

Flawless cleanser has completely changed my skin! Skin is so clean while still being so hydrated. Delivery always quick and well packaged.

I recently started using the flawless cleanser and I absolutely love it! It helps me a lot with my troubled skin, since I have been dealing with acne. Wonderful product. I'm also very happy with their customer service. I had a refill package that unfortunately got lost somewhere in the mail and I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Sams' staffs' quick replies and helpfulness! Will order again soon. x

I asked a question to customer service and they answered well and promptly and in detail. They guided me on what products to buy.

After having had problem skin for years, I started using Dr Sams late last year and my skin has never been better so I am truly loyal to the brand. Given the quality of the customer service received with the recent engagement with the Customer Support team this week re the broken pump and lip balm packaging, I am even more loyal and appreciative. 

Customer service were so helpful and friendly.

Had to email regarding my subscription /account as was unable edit subscription.
Samantha was very helpful in trying to resolve the situation. Although not totally resolved a solution was made and reassurance given. I couldn't ask for more. All done within 24 hours.

The products are fabulous and I would highly recommend! I love the detailed information that’s available on the products, when to use, how to apply, what to expect - super informative! And a very easy website to navigate and check out too.

My favourite skincare company. I have subscriptions set up for my favourite products. Always arrive on time. Most the time I get my items next day. Really good quality products without any harsh ingredients. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend

Best customer service. Replied super quickly to my query. Products are already making a difference to my skin. I can tell that this is the start to a great long term skin routine!

Love the products I have ( flawless cleanser, neutralising gel, balance moisturiser). The website is easy to understand and ordering is a breeze. There are options for paying including Klarna and PayPal. The contact staff are quick to answer and informative. Rewards and freebies are a nice touch.

I've used my recommended routine by Dr Sam's for 15 weeks now and unfortunately I'm not seeing much of a difference. I've literally taken before and after photos and put them side by side and if anything my skin looks slightly worse right now given my current breakouts and hyperpigmentation spots.

Their customer service is excellent though, I emailed in with questions and they were happy to answer them.

Samantha helped me with my query. Her responses were fast and she was very helpful. I had a very good outcome.

Dr Sams Bunting are now my favourite company. Not only has their skincare products transformed and saved my skin are years of battling. They also have the best customer service who genuinely care about their customers. Literally cannot fault them. I will never shop anywhere else for skincare!

There’s been a few mistakes with orders but are usually sorted out as soon as possible
All in all a steady clean skin regime

The products are good quality, and the subscriptions are easy to manage.
