I have been using their products for a while now, and love the moisturiser in particular. I ordered myself some more of this, as I was running low, and thought I would also try some other things. When I received my parcel it was totally the wrong order. I assume mine must have gotten mixed up with another one. I emailed them proof and a copy of my itemised invoice to show the error, to which they promptly replied and fixed the issue for me to send a replacement.

I’m currently on roaccutane so very dry skin and this is by far the best moisturiser. I’ve tried them all but this is the one!! Highly recommend

They do not break out my sensitive skin and the instructions on how to use everything and what it does is so clear and simple, as well as their amazing service of speaking with a skincare specialist which was so helpful. I was disappointed about the fact that I can not use the rewards on the LRP orders. I had to place a 2nd order to use the rewards and paid for shipping twice, because I couldn't add the one time items to my existing LRP order.
I recommend that you consider improving the checkout and ordering experience.
I should be able to add one time items to my LRP order and should be able to use my rewards for those.

The website is easy to navigate, whether shopping or looking for advice. The product pages have all the information I need to make the right product choices, and the subscription service makes repurchase super easy once you've established which products are the best ones. Delivery has always been quick and within the specified times. So far, no complaints about Dr Sam's. The Flawless Cleanser, Flawless Moisturiser, Flawless Vitamin C NAD serum and Flawless Sunscreen are now staples in my skincare routine.

Have used Dr Sam’s products for 4 years high quality products and I’m very pleased. Had recent issue with a pump on Brightly Pro I contacted support who immediately responded with a detailed solution to the issue which worked. Very impressed.

I have been using Dr.Sam's products for nearly 10 years I think. The products have every ingredient in them that you need to look after your skin, without having to buy multiple products. The ordering is simple and the customer service is great. I wish every company was as "on it" as these guys.

Dr. Sam’s products are the absolute best! I’ve been a licensed aesthetician for over 30 years and have used many different lines both in the treatment room and at home. Many that I’ve enjoyed and have delivered nice results. I have never used an entire line exclusively, always creating my routine by mix and matching to get the formulations that delivered the results I wanted. Not with Dr. Sam’s. My entire skincare routine is her line and I can say for the first time I love all of my products and the results they provide. I am constantly complemented on my skin and give Dr. Sam’s the credit and confidentiality recommend her products. The companies customer service is amazing. I had a few product questions and one issue with shipping for one of my orders. My questions were answered quickly and the shipping issue resolved with the company going above and beyond to make it right.

I had some issues where I cancelled my subscription, and it showed as canceled in my account. And I had no further orders. I moved at the time that I cancelled, so if they were sending packages, I would also not have known. Yet they continued charging me even though none of the charges were showing up in my Dr Sam's account.

I only noticed 10 months later when I checked an email address I rarely use anymore. Fortunately customer service was responsive and solved the issue.

I have been ordering from Dr Sams for nearly a year now and have always received amazing customer servcies. Recently my bottle broken from the my cleanser, within 24 hours I have had a full solution and my new bottle is on its way.
