This morning after a good wholesome chat with my 34yr old body building gym swimming fanatic who doesn't like to be cold, discussing gift ideas he would love another dryrobe ,the idea I got from watching a young man on ticktok and now youtube jack the drums who has gone in the coldest of cornish weather's left me shivering like an icicle on my own sofa ,this day he got out the sea freezing put on a garment over his head the comfort in his face the shivering stopped he said trust me one of these dry robes is all you need ,my core body temp is going up ,I wouldnt be here with out my dryrobe iv had it ages its the best bit of kit along with my surf board ,he finished off getting ready like it was normal , out in elements with wet trunks in winter are u barmy no he was ok n done it so many times before that was point I msg him n he told me exactly what it was n I got my son a real one now he swears by them n he wants different colour ,,,kids I didnt know so many kinds today I was moved to see it is a brittish brand and the idea came from a Mum caring for her son I thankyou for starting this and your son perfecting the product it is today I know jack the Drums wouldnt go near the sea with out his as my son loves the quality I as Daniels mum thankyou 🙏🏽 get your self a perfect bit of kit

My wife bought 2 towel dry robes, both £60 each, so £120 for 2 towels effectively. We were expecting for the price very thick luxury material, something which would make you feel nice putting on when getting out of the cold bath. What turned up was very disappointing. The towel material is very thin and just feels cheap, something which you would expect for £10 from B and M Bargains. For a £60 robe I expect more, very disappointed. Another disappointment is there are no pockets, why? These robes are aimed at people who are going to be outdoors, such lakes, rivers, ice baths, did they not think people may have to put keys or phones in a pocket? Just badly designed really. I've ordered some similar ones of Temu at a fraction of the price and the quality of the towel is way better. Dryrobe is just a cheap product marketed very overpriced, your just paying for the name, honestly I would just buy elsewhere such as Temu, forget the branding and get a better quality item for a fraction of the cost.

Wow - the customer service team are truly amazing !

On returning the new product Full-Zip Organic Towel Robe ( couldnt decide which colour), i mistakely put another companies return in the Inpost box. I messaged the team at Dryrobe and they were so helpful, They quickly sent me another return link for the dryrobe, asked me to send a picture of the items that were on way to their warehouse and today i got an email telling me it had turned up and now sending. Cant thank enough. PS the new towelling robe is fab and love the grey that i decided on

Received 2 dry robe coats, one was to big so tried to return via the website, had an issue with the return portal, contacted Dryrobe, and had fantastic support from Andy,Ellie and Rochelle who quickly resolved the issue, not only is the product really good quality, the team behind the scene do a fantastic job to keep the customer happy, which makes it easy and stress free.

Great product. We had an issue with the delivery which was no fault of Dryrobe but Andy in customer services was excellent when trying to help to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

We have x3 items of Dry Robe x2 jackets and a changing mat.
Sadly the Mat developed a fault. Some of the stitching had come undone on the edge.
Within a few minutes of an email sent, I had a reply that a replacement would be sent out
I was just out of warranty, but they honoured as a goodwill gesture to send a replacement
Have faith in buying British and local

I reached out to Dryrobe on Facebook as the Dryrobe I wanted always seems to be out of stock (XS). I asked them for advice on sizing and that one seemed to be correct. However I then discovered that the youth age 10-13 is a similar size so I asked them about it, and as a result I bought that instead. It fits perfectly and I'm actually glad I bought that size and not the adult size due to the arm length. Thanks to the Facebook team for advising me.

These products were fabulous to look at and wear. We travel to foil and kite and perfect for the van. Seat covers, dog coats and ours do the trick and stylish. Customer service was excellent

The product and the staff, particularly Ashleigh who was so helpful checking my previous order. The robes are warm and waterproof, excellent quality.

Extremely pleased with my new Dryrobe & looking forward to using it while holidaying this week.
The main use for it will be while touring in our caravan throughout the year & heading to the shower block & facilities on chilly mornings.
I opted for the original short sleeve version from the block colour range in black camo grey size small which is perfect for this.
The quality & warm of the robe is amazing & well worth its price tag.
I also purchased the compression bag for storage while traveling.
I needed to contact customer support to get some help & assistance with my order & they were brilliant to be fair & sorted my issue out in time for a pending 10 days away.

Ordered my dryrobe advance and even with standard shipping it arrived in less than 36 hours!
The quality is spot on and I love the remix colour scheme. Also like the fact that sustainability is such a big part of your ethos.
All in all 10 out of 10 and I couldn’t be happier with the ordering or the robe itself.

Both me and my other half have a dryrobe and absolutely love them. Unfortunately after a week of my other half receiving his dryrobe it accidentally got burnt whilst we were chatting to some people who were having a fire whilst on a camping trip. I emailed dryrobe and they have very kindly sent some spare fabric for the coat to be repaired. Customer service were so friendly and helpful. Thankyou again! ❤️
