Shame about the dog coats over time…
We have bought 2 dog coats over time for our cocker spaniel as we love the human dry robes & the styling. Wouldn’t buy one again though as the Velcro doesn’t wear well, particularly with getting muddy & wet and after about a year each they wouldn’t fasten. A shame. They need a buckle or zip really.

Not only are these products the best quality the customer service is Amazing as well. I purchased a changing robe and a towel. Through being very silly i burnt a hole in my changing robe. I contacted customer services, gave them size amd colour and they are sending me out a piece of matching fabric so i can repair my mess. Fab service and fab products. Happy customer

Had a problem with the zip after only…
Had a problem with the zip after only having the coat for a month,contacted dry robe and they responded really fast and we figured out I was doing it wrong lol.

I had an issue with my daughter’s zip…
I had an issue with my daughter’s zip on her coat. The customers service from dryrobe was spectacular, rapid response on email and very helpful clear instructions.
Dryrobe offered a replacement after sending a video of the fault.

High standard in customer service
My wife brought her coat and from day one she loved it which kept her warm and dry over the winter months, she put it on the other day the rubber pull tag separated from the cord on zipping up so I contacted customer service to see if theses were available to buy as the coat was over a year old and to my overwhelming surprise they sent me one free of charge.
This is outstanding customer service and would recommend dryrobe as a company with integrity and loyalty to its customers.

Had to CUT dog out of his robe
bought a dog dry robe to the exact measurements online. It arrived and we slid it over his head easily but then couldn't get it back off him as the neck was too small to reverse the action resulting in having to CUT the dry robe off him. Quite a distressing experience for us and the dog. Dry robe offered a 15% discount code which is wholly unsatisfactory. If you're going to buy one for your dog, consider going to a store as size guide online does NOT include necks - A and B strap were perfect size for my dog but clearly, not big enough.

Ordinarily we would not replace an item that has been forcibly damaged, particularly as we have sold many of these since their launch five years ago and we have never had any previous instances where a customer has had to damage the garment in order to remove it. The Dryrobe® Dog is designed to be a universal fit catering for most dogs, however due to their different shapes and sizes the Dryrobe® Dog may not fit every dog perfectly.
I can see that a senior member of the team has issued a replacement in a larger size on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill.

These seat covers don’t fit properly on…
These seat covers don’t fit properly on vw t6 swivel double seats the Velcro ties don’t work on these seats or on a normal base seat very poor I thought with the price I was getting quality these are not and just an upgrade of 80s fury seat covers

Excellent Dog Coat
My boxer has currently outgrown his current coat and have ordered the biggest size. The jacket has been excellent and I would highly recommend, it keeps him dry and warm, and is very smart looking. The buying experience is also very good with great customer care.

So pleased with my Dryrobe. Take it with us whenever we go away in our campervan. Up at Aviemore Cairngorm Campervan Site it was certainly windproof!
