A1 service all round.
Needed some Samac roofing guards, which were either crazy prices from local stores or crazy delivery charges online. Dry verge and roofline direct were great value for the products and ALSO very reasonable delivery charges. Items delivered on time and quickly. Glad I found your online store. A1 service.

Paid £39.99 for delivery and ended up having to go to the depot to pick up goods myself. Terrible customer service, not offered a refund of any kind.
At the time I wrote the review I was unaware a refund had been offered. It is true that all queries were answered very quickly. I was too hasty in writing the review. Apologies.

Good afternoon,
Thank you. Yes the courier let us down on this occasion however, This is not true regards refund, as I spoke to your husband on the phone after his colleague picked up the goods, he acknowledged the fact I am refunding and this was actioned right away and take 5 working days to show back in the account
Regarding service and communication we have logs and communication throughout the whole process where we replied right away with updates, addresses , and phone call logs
We are a small family business and false reviews like this really do damage our reputation
The courier let us both down on this occasion, we replied and responded right away to all messages, updated and info passed on info from the couriers. The refund was also actioned on the same day for the shipping
Thank you

Thank you for a review and for being a returning customer- this is the biggest compliment for us.
Missing goods/delivery
Small order but only half the items arrived on first delivery unexpectedly. The remaining goods were then advised for delivery the following day and failed to show again. You expect considerably more with regards to delivery especially when considering the inflated postage costs compared to other outlets.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your review , we shipped your goods out right away and even though there were slight courier issues. The goods were still delivered within the 2-4 day window.
Its not mentioned here but myself and Michaela communicated daily via email, even out of hours personal Whattsapp to chase things for you
Sometimes external couriers can cause issues. However the goods still arrived within the 2-4 day delivery window
Should you require goods sooner or need a specific delivery day, we need to be made aware when the order is placed to arrange this. The goods had already left before you advised us of this request (2 days later) and then proves difficult when they are already in transit
We hope we can be of better service in the future
Regards

Could not source roofing accessories in Dublin
Could not source roofing accessories I needed to undertake a Dry Hip refurb, which I had not planned! No website or store in Dublin don't appear to stock Kro, c clips etc. As I have plenty of relatives in the North I ordered from the Dry Verge website which had everything I was looking for. There was a problem at their end with delivery and they made contact to explain. I had to drop a couple of items but they could be sourced in Dublin at a higher cost. The order was then delivered immediately and coincided with me going North. I was able to proceed because New Verge went to the bother of contacting me. I will be getting repeats from them as I love good service and products.
