I received my order put part of the order only had 1 week and 1 day before it expired. I have been given the money back but no option to have the goods replaced.

We’re sorry to hear that the syringes you received had such a short expiry date and understand the inconvenience this caused, particularly as you had to source alternatives elsewhere to ensure your kit remained in date.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, we issued a full refund. We appreciate your feedback regarding the option of a replacement and agree this would have been helpful in this situation.
Your comments have been noted, and we will review our stock management and processes to help ensure more suitable expiry dates and clearer resolution options are provided going forward.

Fantastic customer service
My package was accidentally delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong address and I was unable to recover it. I sent an email to DS Medical in the evening explaining the situation and received an understanding response first thing the next morning. They sent a replacement item and it reached me 2 days later. Great customer service, will buy from them again!
