Absolute joke of a service. It was a long day at work. I arrived at the bus stop at 16:58, and the bus was due in 10 minutes. And of course they have to cancel it at the last minute and make me wait for another hour. Don't waste your money on this mediocre company. Learn how to drive and make commuting easier for yourself.

Was overcharged on my leapcard for a Dublin Bus journey charged 3 times in error. Filled in their form and they sent a reply that I need to contact Dublin Bus as they cannot refund for Dublin Bus. Contacted Dublin Bus and they told me they cannot do refunds for Leapcard and that I have to contact Leapcard. Both Companies are rubbish and neither of them know what the Hell they are doing.

The bus it self is clean most of the time, except for on nights when it is filled with beer cans. Bus is mostly on time normal hours but rush hours is unreliable. Do not expect functioning AC it is hitt or miss. They need to make better bus routs, the coverage is not there for longer tripps and for shorter tripps they take you in circles. Commuting to my office takes 1h 20min by bus but only 15min by ebike due to routs and multiple switches.

Though Dublin Bus has improved in recent years, it is still a nuisance. One of the most frustrating things is their app (TFI), which claims to help you find directions for your journey. First, it often suggests the most complicated and time-consuming route possible. For example, a trip that could be done with just one bus change might be shown as requiring two or even three changes—completely unnecessarily.

Suspiciously, when you search for a connection to the airport, the app always seems to pick an expensive private bus option, costing about €15 for the final leg of the journey. In one case, it even suggested a route where a regular bus line that goes to the airport for the standard fare was included. Staying on that bus would have brought you directly to the airport! Instead, the app insisted you get of that bus at a certain point, then switch to one of the pricey private bus routes! If that's not intentional and corrupt then I don't know what is!

Bus is late and on top of that when it finally arrives I can't get on because there's no room for a buggy with toddler, because all spaces are filled up

The C2 bus that was supposed to arrive today at 10:40 at stop 7896 Gandon Park decided to do a short cut and changed his route leaving us stranded. I followed it on maps. The starting point is at Adamstown train station and the bus left very late for some reason and now we the customers have to get late to work/etc because you can’t manage yours services. That is very unacceptable for the price we pay. That means he left at least 3 stops on waiting like he doesn’t care and understands that we’re paying for this. My back now hurts from standing for too long waiting for your next bus as there is no where to sit!

Very rude drive and rash driving , took 39A from blanch and get down at Latchford court. Driver have no manner at all, and driving was so rash my 10 yrs old son almost fall. Bus no is 07D -70049.

What is the point in having an app with the bus times if the buses don’t show up? Surely it isn’t that hard to remove the bus from the app if it isn’t in service. Absolutely useless.

Hi had a fall running for the No 16 bus this morning in Terenure and I’d just like to thank the driver it was around 9 am and he came off the bus to make sure I was ok and was so kind he was a young driver and is a credit to Dublin bus. And also all the passengers on the bus showed such kindness as well. I’m ok nothing broken tg.

Just flew in fro Manchester where the bus and train were too the minute and if not they had notification. Bus from dublin airport already 14 mins late and not information.
Communication is everything guys, if your late then that happens, but keep people informed

When they're not late by 10 whole minutes despite what both the schedule and the TFI App claim, then the bus will literally take a left and end up in the Goddamn Backrooms in front of my very eyes, OR, funniest thing ever, will wait for 8 MINUTES AT THE RESTING SPOT before starting the trip. Worst means of transportation if you care about punctuality, I'd rather just pay 10 bucks extra for an Uber instead.

Left sitting on Snugborough rd for time absolutely waste of petrol and tax payers money just as well don’t depend on public transport on regular basis in this country n they want you to leave u car at home, no thanks

Absolutely horrendous I dread every time I have to get a bus because I know it will be a long painful wait where the bus simply shows up when it wants to or not at all. It doesn’t help that Irelands climate is cold, wet and windy but having your passengers wait outside for a bus that is half an hour late or doesn’t show up is complete ignorance. Don’t tell everyone that a bus will show up in 10 minutes if you know that bus doesn’t actually exist. Absolutely disgraceful. I’d rather lick a foot than get on another bus again. You wouldn’t get this in any other country. DO BETTER. Also stop sending single decker buses to school areas.

Absolutely ridiculous,I can’t remember the last time a bus showed up on time.Dublin bus is either half an hour too early or an hour late, you’re lucky if it even shows up at all.Seriously,I’ve missed so many important events or arrived late due the buses not showing up at all.Ireland has somehow managed to fall behind every other country in transport because of one specific county and this company.Do better.

Waiting 52 mintues for a 27 bus to clare hall after 3 buses different didnt show up and 3 was cancelled

Today, 12th March. must have been the wettest day so far this year in south Dublin. leaving Blackrock on the S6
was made so pleasant by the lady bus driver. She was kind to me (I'm in my 70's), Kind to a young man and and patient and kind to the young school boys as they were leaving the bus. She was a ray of sunshine on such a frightful day! 98% of the time I find Dublin Bus staff very helpful and kind.

Stood and waited for the number 7 bus for at least 30 minutes and it never came!! I had to take an expensive taxi because i was running late for an important meeting. Jesus christ get a grip
