Duntery è un sito che permette anche alle ragazze curvy come me di personalizzare il vestito con la tua taglia ♥️
Io l'ho preso per il matrimonio di mia sorella servendomi dello spazio :" scegli la taglia personalizzata" .
Il vestito è arrivato in circa 10 giorni ed era perfetto!
L unica cosa solo che mi aspettavo era una consegna con un pacco più elegante e più raffinato visto comunque che il vestito non costa 20€ .
Del resto sono stata contenta !

È la seconda volta che acquisto abiti da damigella sul sito Duntery e ogni volta siamo tutti super felici. Per il costo che hanno sono favolosi acquistati della nostra taglia e stavano tutti benissimo. Per altri eventi continuerò ad acquistare da loro

Premetto che duntery censura le recensioni negative, in linea con la politica truffaldina che perseguono. Dunque recensisco anche qui. Ho comprato due vestiti da damigella bambina seguendo le taglie indicate.
I vestiti arrivati, oltre ad essere di scarsissima qualità (mi aspettavo una qualità bassina ma non così) non corrispondono assolutamente all'immagine nella foto.
I vestitini dovevano essere midi, invece arrivavano sotto i piedi. La misura del busto, invece, era corrispondente a riprova che la taglia era giusta.
La risposta è che secondo loro, le bambine non sono standard, quindi la piccola di 8 anni, secondo loro, dovrebbe essere alta 1.75 m e la piccola di 3 anni 1.60 m, solo così i vestiti arriverebbero al ginocchio.
La politica di reso è praticamente risibile.
Nel mio caso, per un vestito assolutamente non corrispondente all'immagine, avrei avuto diritto all'80% con spese di spedizione a mio carico.
I vestiti devono arrivare in Cina ed essere sdoganati, alla fine avrei recuperato sì e no una trentina di euro. Ho chiesto un parziale rimborso, che era tra le opzioni che mi avevano proposto, sono spariti. Insomma classica truffa. Non comprerò più su questo sito e consiglio anche a voi di non buttare soldi e tempo. P.S. Ho dato prova del fatto che gli abiti non fossero corrispondenti: ho inviato foto delle bambine con i vestiti indossati che arrivano ai piedi.

I was so impressed with the quality and fit of my bridesmaid dress from Duntery. I felt amazing and got so many compliments at the wedding! The free customised sizes option really helped me too. Highly recommend!

El tiempo de entrega también fue bueno. Por suerte llegaron antes de lo que decían.

Lo único que podrían mejorar elson los términos de devolución.

Ordered a tulle gown in uk4. The dress is very suitable for photo taking, the skirt is very large, and the fabric looks good. Fits also perfectly. Definitely met my expectations.

Lascio una recensione qui perché i nostri amici di duntery censurano le recensioni negative, ma trovo giusto che poveri acquirenti vengano avvertiti del fatto che le loro 5 stelline su tutti i prodotti sono fasulle e che mi hanno spedito un vestito danneggiato che mi hanno fatto spedire come reso dopo mille mail senza senso..alla fine il ricevente non ha accettato il pacco che è tornato indietro. Così nessun rimborso e spesi 50 euro di spedizione. Trovo assurdo che per un loro errore paghi io. Non ho ordinato una taglia sbagliata o non mi piace il colore.. il vestito era rovinato. Non so come funzionano in Cina i diritti dell’acquirente probabilmente non ne hanno alcuno visto il trattamento! Sconsiglio vivamente

I've had a bad experience. Firstly, this is not a UK store, and they do not mention the delivery date, and it comes with odd packaging, and the dress size is unsuitable and the fabric is of poor quality. It was completely a waste of time for me to return it with my own money and they asked for the tracking number.

Ho cancellato entro i termini delle 24 ore e fanno finta di niente pur di non rimborsarmi, mi hanno spedito il vestito contro il mio volere e ora glielo devo rendere a spese mie, sono bugiardi
non comprate da loro, inoltre il vestito è di un materiale scarsissimo...

I was hesitant about ordering this dress first time but I had absolutely no need to be.Because this is my second order. The dress arrived well within the promised time scale and it is beautiful. High-quality material, exceptionally made, and fits perfectly. It looks just like it does on the website. I would order again.

Se non volete rimanere fregati come me, non acquistate dal loro sito.

Ho ordinato un abito il 12 maggio. L'abito è arrivato dopo qualche giorno di un colore più chiaro e con ricamatura diversa rispetto alle foto. Contatto il servizio clienti che mi accusa di aver modificato la foto inviata a loro come prova del colore differente dell'abito.
Decido di rispedire il pacco in Cina (ben 50 euro di spedizione). Il pacco arriva a Suzhou, città del venditore, ma rimane bloccato per fattura mancante. Contatto il venditore per avvisarlo, il quale mi ricatta dicendo che per ricevere il rimborso, avrei dovuto prima cancellare le mie recensioni negative lasciate su Trustpilot,

Per timore di non ricevere indietro i miei soldi, ho cancellato le mie recensioni negative (anche perché il venditore ha smesso di rispondere alle mie mail), ma sono qui oggi a riscrivere la recensione e a sconsigliarvi assolutamente di comprare dal loro sito.

Ho dovuto fare mille chiamate tra Cina e Poste Italiane per cercare di far arrivare il pacco al destinatario. Il pacco è tutt'ora fermo in Cina (arrivato in Cina il 20 giugno). Solo grazie a Paypal (perché fortunatamente ho scelto di pagare tramite Paypal) ho ricevuto oggi stesso il rimborso totale dell'abito, perché se avessi pagato in altro modo credo proprio che i soldi non li avrei mai più rivisti.

In poche parole, diffidate dalle belle foto sul sito.

Hassle free returns couldn’t be more wrong. I ordered a dress and I didn’t like it on and it was far too long for me so I decided to send it back. I was told I must provide photos to prove it didn’t fit properly (I didn’t do it) and was then advised I would only receive 80% refund, I had to pay shipping and advised there are issues shipping into China and some other issues if I don’t supply a tracking number. They’ve made it almost impossible to make a return, I’ve never received my refund. Would not recommend unless you’re 100% certain you won’t return.

The dress arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and looked just as in the pictures online.
Especially the flowers on the dress, very delicate and suitable for summer. Highly recommend shopping for any occasion.

I loved this dress! The color was exactly as shown on the website. As the sunlight reflected off of it, you saw many different colors from pink, to blue, to purple. Ot fit perfectly, and was made to my measurements. I received so many compliments on this dress and can’t wait to wear it again.

Dress was exactly as expected. I needed it quite quickly. The customer service was so helpful and got the dress to me quickly.

I ordered two flowergirl dresses and recommeded shawls to match for the bridesmaids, while the dresses were great the shawls were a very different shade despite all being 'Jade'. Despite the claims of a hassle free returns policy, there are no returns - which is contravention of UK Consumer Rights. I was told that it was because they were different material they were a different shade of the same colour. I was offered an offensive 10% refund on the nearly £60 - for shawls that I can't use as they are not fit for purpose due to them not matching. I had relied on the 'no hassle returns' which was a misrepresentation - along with the colour.

I would never buy from this site again.
I order 3 dresses, which 2 didn’t fit. You have 5 working day to let them know you wanted a refund. I told them the same day. Firstly you have to pay for postage which was £11.99 x3 then because I had to sent to back, it costed me £32 in postage. When I sent them back they asked how much the value was which I told them £140 but in fact it was £158. My dresses sat in customs over 2 months as I was emailing this company for a refund, which they finally told me I had to pay a customs charge of £28.
The total amount I paid for the dresses was £79 x 2 postage to me was £35.97 to send back £32 and customs charges £28 which was a total of £253.97 the refund I got back was £98.40 for both dresses because they said they only give 80% of the refund back. I was so upset I’m a single mum and to lost that amount of money was heartbreaking. My advice would be DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They say Uk but they are in china..,

Ordered a bridesmaid dress which arrived fairly quickly. The dress is good quality however the colour was completely different to what was shown online. I understand there can be a difference between online photos and the colours of fabrics in real life however the so called 'cinnamon rose' colour was cerise pink. The returns and refund policy is a disgrace to say the least. Using the excuse of only being able to give an 80% refund due to dresses being "made to order" is nonsense as I know of other companies who offer full refunds and who provide free shipping labels. Serves me right for using a different company and for not reading the reviews first!

*Duntery's response to this review states that as I ordered a custom dress there are no refunds - I did not order a custom size dress.

Abiti completamente differenti rispetto alle foto, taglie errate e qualità del tessuto scadente. Eseguire un reso o un rimborso lo hanno reso impossibile così da portare il cliente ad arrendersi. Ho speso 120€ (vestito più spese di spedizione), a meno che sia danneggiato le spese di reso sono a nostro carico (80€ per spedire in Cina) e ti rimborsano solo l’80%. Quindi diventa completamente svantaggioso rendere gli articoli. Pessima esperienza, pessimo sito.
