I had such a fantastic experience when purchasing our new Specialized Porto longtail cargo ebike through Dutch Cargo Bikes. They stock a huge range of different cargo bikes and accessories, something to suit everyone's needs. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions I had were promptly answered. The whole process was very easy. And although only a few days before Christmas they were able to deliver it directly to our house themselves which was awesome (no 3rd party couriers!!). Purchasing a Nijland singly tricycle from Dutch Cargo e Bikes has enabled me to continue riding. For anyone with balance and strength issues it is a perfect option, with a supportive seat, including backrest, 3 different pedal options, and plenty of power for getting up inclines. It is much more stable than sitting on a regular bike seat. The team at Dutch Cargo e Bikes have been exceptionally helpful during the purchase, delivery, and follow-up.

We have purchased two bikes from Dutch Cargo eBikes: Urban Arrow Cargo Line (2022) and Equo O2Feel (2025). Perfect experience both times! As we're buying from Perth, where there is more limited selection and opportunity to test drive, DCB has been incredibly patient with offering suggestions that suit our lifestyle and answering all our questions. The prices were both very competitive and the shipping was unbelievably fast (esp the Equo which was sent to Perth during Xmas period!). They even took the trouble to organise a mobile bike mechanic to assemble the bike for us (as we're in Perth). I highly recommend DCB, who are really the experts in this field.

Dutch Cargo Bikes is an independent bicycle shop in Melbourne dealing with quality e-bikes. They have a large range of cargo, longtail and other e-bikes. They are also the sole Australian importer of the i:SY brand e-bikes.

In my opinion i:SY is the best of the new style, small, low, step-through e-bikes. We came across this brand while cycling the Rhine River.

Dutch Cargo Bikes made the purchase very easy, and particularly so as we wanted a model that they had to specially import. In fact, they had to source two identical bikes for us. Ordering and purchasing was easy, they kept us informed and offered to deliver the bikes to us in Sydney. We decided to pick them up in person, and, when we arrived, the two bikes were on display outside, ready to ride. They adjusted the bikes to fit, got us to test ride them, and only when we were completely satisfied, was the sale completed. They followed up after our return to Sydney to check if we had any problems.

We HIGHLY recommend Dutch Cargo Bikes for anyone wanting a quality e-bike in any shape, size, colour or variety of e-bike drive system.

I recently purchased a eBullitt cargo bike from Dutch Cargo, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the first interaction, Yoga and the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us choose a bike that perfectly suited our family. When I encountered a minor issue, they resolved it quickly and professionally. We’ve had our Bullitt for six months now and absolutely love it. I find myself riding it almost exclusively. I had been dealing with these guys for quite some time before ordering a cargo bike from them. They were extremely helpful and patient with me during the process. Communication primarily via email (occasional phone calls too), was very quick. When I finally ordered my Bullitt, they had it packed and shipped out to me in Tasmania the next day, and provided full assembly instructions and gave options on who to deal with locally for any assistance. Great company to deal with.
